First of all, Service was absolutely terrible, the lady at the drive-through was quite rude, she told me that I look like a B word, I think she deserves to get fired, I've had this person before. However, it was not the best experience with her, I do remember, she did not give me my fries, and told me that I did not order fries, even though I gave her my receipt and clearly showed her, that I have fries.

The staff are lovely I don't want to aim this at them. I redeemed a free fry and drink coupon, bought the item that qualified it. They charged me full price for all of them and couldn't give me the drink. The app wouldn't scan the code again because i have to "wait 15 minutes" for a code that they messed up. If I could afford better I would go somewhere else. I wish they would fix that on the app. It's happened multiple times.

1st time in years I have returned to Mcdonald's. I ordered a sausage McMuffin for $1.99. When I get to the pay window the guy asks "do you want that with an egg or without?" I said what, I ordered the sausage McMuffin. He said: "It's more money with the egg; it's $2.00 more for an egg. $2.00 for an egg? That's $24.00 a dozen. What a scam. Never going back there or any other McDonald's again. Why dont they put that in the menu? Who orders a breakfast sandwich with no egg?

An interaction with Jonathan, the manager. He was very professional very nice. There was a minor issue with the computer system but he was able to find a way around it and get me on my way, so I really appreciate him. I would definitely be back especially if he's the manager on shift.

Ugh. Why is it so hard to listen without interrupting at the drive through? I have to order burgers without buns because of celiac. It's kind of important. Please don't interrupt me WHILE I'M STILL MAKING THE ORDER. The drive through window is always rude- hands food out without saying ANYTHING at all until it's time up ask me to move to a numbered spot. Personally, I hate that practice, but it's not just a thing at this location or even a McDonald's thing so I'm not counting that against them. The only people that are polite are the runners that have to bring my food to me. Management needs to do some training.

The person taking orders yelled at me as I was currently btwn cars and was not going to scream. When I was looking at the menu, she started tapping her hand on the counter and said something rude, I guess she didn't realize the mic was on.

I have finally had it with this place. They refuse to listen to you at the drive thru. Interrupt you in mid-sentence. I have driven away and had the wrong stuff in the bag. Today I tried to order one Hatch Green Chili Cheeseburger. The girl rang it up on the screen as a quantity of three. Tried to correct her and she rang up a pumpkin pie. She has never been trained to speak correctly into the microphone. It just comes out as a high-speed mumble. Got so frustrated I just drove off. Went to Bob's and got a great chili cheese burger. I learned from past encounters that this location has no manager on duty, so no point in complaining. I do not plan to go back.

Ice tea is my drink! I order it as such... "a large unsweetened ice tea with extra-extra ice". For one reason it's a beverage that is not typically served cold since most of the time it brewed. So when you pour a warm or room temperature beverage over ice the majority of the ice gets melted immediately, therefore the need and request for extra ice. For two, I love lots of ice and I enjoy crunching the ice after drinking my tea. Simple right! You would think so, however as often as I drink ice tea (everyday) I see this wrong more often than it should be. With ice tea, I say you should fill the cup up with ice at least 3/4 of the cup full then pour the tea. It looks like a lot of ice but trust me it works, it'll balance itself out correctly when done this way... a minimal portion of ice melts immediately when you pour the warm tea leaving a healthy and enjoyable amount of ice for the remaining tea sipping. Today was no different in how I ordered my tea and immediately I noticed they were sparse with the ice. Not cool, not cool at all. It's obvious our world needs an ice tea 101 class and I should be the one to teach it!
