I'm not quite sure how the reviews are so low. I have eaten at this location for years and have never had even one complaint. The service is always quick and kind. This particular location is always clean and wonderful to eat in. I usually order a Take Two with the Fuji Salad and some sandwich. The Fuji Apple salad is one of my favorites. I love the blue cheese, crunchy Apple chips, romaine, sweet apple dressing, and moist chicken. Last time I ordered the Chicken Rancher. My son love their Creamy Tomato Soup. It's warm and delicious. Recently, I ordered the Autumn Squash soup. It's my new favorite! Cheers!

This location on Holly Ave is my favorite Panera location. They are efficient and get orders out in a timely fashion. Employees are nice. The food is good, too. They make the best chicken noodle soup here. It has substance compared to other locations And the restaurant is clean and roomy.

Stopped here for a quick bite. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and the food came out quick and hot! What more can you ask. It's tucked in a corner of a plaza so you do see the hustle bustle of the city. Will definitely stop again

Kiddo and a family friend and I met up here for lunch. The place was clean and quiet. Will probably return here to write during NaNoWriMo! The food was mostly good. Our grilled cheese sandwiches were not cooked all the way though so the cheese was only half melted. Not great, but edible. The person who took our order was friendly and knowledgeable -- they have kiosks where you can place your orders, but I prefer face to face interactions. No unisex bathrooms.

Good place to go if you want overpriced food you can get in a nursing home. They do have good cookies though.

The perfect lunch stop on a road trip. We ordered from a kiosk and food for all three of us was ready in 5 minutes. The only hiccup was that our two salads didn't have dressing included, but that was easily remedied. Everything was fresh and tasty.

This is a descent Panera bread location. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Service is prompt and speedy. Bakery has various selections. Seating is limited on busy hours. Overall it is clean the facility and staff are constantly cleaning. You definitely see a bunch of office people, students and interviews being conducted here. It's seems to be a to go place for a lot of business people. Many options for dairy free products.

If you haven't signed up for the Sip Club, what in the world are you waiting for? It has paid for itself ten times over! Being able to get a refill every few hours, is super helpful for those of us who travel. This location is in a very convenient location with ample parking. Love the patio they have outside as well. Every employee we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Can't speak to food quality as we didn't eat here, but all soda, coffee, tea and flavored drinks were in stock. The entire store and bathrooms were also very clean!

Worked poll location on Holly near Panera for our most recent election and ate here 4 times. This review focuses on the swill they call French Onion soup. Broth tastes like a watery Campbell's soup. Instead melting cheese on top they threw about 10 shreds of unmelted cheese on top and there were no croutons (traditional in French Onion soup). Would seriously love to know how this soup ended up on the menu.
