The Ciabatta Cheesesteak is one of my favorites here as well as the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt! Their customer service skills are very pleasant! Brittany is the person that dealt with my order; she was very nice and made sure I was taken care of before i left! I love the flavor that the onions add to the cheesesteak, if you have been putting off trying this sandwich, you need to stop and just try it already because it is genuinely the best on the menu that i've tried so far! Thank you guys so much for the hard work!

The place needs a facelift for sure. Bathrooms ave water stains, booths are ripped and old. Staff is friendly, I give them that and food was good but I found some old lettuce in my salad. I said all that to say if you're going to go to a Panera, and have other options. Choose those instead .

How hard is it to get an order right? I put in my order in at 2:30 pm - not a busy time. Set it up for pickup at 3:15. Had to wait in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with one car ahead of me. Get the order, leave the window and stop to check. They entirely left out all the desserts. Went back into the store, stood in line for service, tell the counter girl that I am missing all the desserts. She then has to go consult someone else for several minutes, for what reason I don't know. So - not busy, plenty of time to check the order before to make sure it's right, another 10 minutes of my time wasted waiting to get it right - and a very insincere "sorry about that" eye-roll apology. I'm not coming back.

The worst Panera that I have ever been to. The employees must be mentally vacant because they really cannot get anything right. Went here three times and all three times they totally screwed up the order and I couldn't have broken the order down to make it any easier than I did... sorry but it's good food and terrible service

I waited in the drive-through way too long (about 15 minutes) and when I finally received my order, I pulled away only to find out that I received someone else's order. I turned back around and took the order inside and explained the situation. I was told they would have to remake my order. Before I agreed to them remaking the order, I told the lady that I was in a very big hurry and I asked how long it would take and she said 5 minutes, so I said ok. I sat down and waited for 12 minutes. I approached the counter again and asked her how much longer it would be and she said "oh I did didn't realize they didn't give you the order. I'll get it started now." At this point I was extremely disappointed and running very late to pick up my kid from practice so I just asked for my refund. At no point did she say I'm sorry or seem at all apologetic. I finally received my refund, 45 minutes later and still with no food. I understand mistakes happen and it was rush hour, but this was next level. Extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I will not be back.

December 31, 2024. I visited this location for a chicken salad bowl. I did not care for the food, the service, or the ambiance. I looked for a table but most of the tables were visibly unclean. I sat at an unclean table and knocked the debris from my place setting with my sleeve to make a place to rest my hands. When I brought my meal tray to the table I used the included paper napkin, which was wet, to wipe the table. My salad came in a ceramic bowl which was rough to the touch. After I took a few bites of salad, I looked and saw that the roughness was dried food all over the bowl. I showed the the manager the bowl. The manager said, "yeah, the bowls are near the soup and get soup on them, ", as if I should eat from the dirty bowl. I said the soup story does not explain the other food dried on the bowl. I told her most of the tables were dirty. She said, "yeah, we were were pretty for lunch", as if I should accept the dirty table someone else used for their lunch. At that minute, lunch had been over for more than an hour, it was then 3:20 PM. The manager did not offer a solution. Instead she demanded "...what do you want, what do you want me to do? " Other staff were watching and heard the manager, so I was not going to eat anything that they touched. The ambiance was was spoiled. Having no further interest in Panera Bread, I put the salad and bowl down, said to forget it, and walked. It is not for the customer to accept the dirty-bowl salad in a new dish, negotiate with management over the dirty tables, or haggle for a $13.00 refund. I left Panera Bread wondering if that is truly their business model. I've been a frequent customer of Panera for years. I enjoy their food and always look for a location when I travel to a different city. I recently signed up for their Sip Club. $12.99/month. You are limited to two drinks every 24 hours. As a member, you also get perks like discounts on parties, deserts, and regular menu items. It's a good deal! My membership paid for itself in just over a week. I did visit this location sometimes twice a day as it's convenient. Great deal if you're a daily coffee drinker or love their cold drinks like lemonade, tea, soda, etc. Other than the obvious, their Cafe Light Roast coffee is epic! We'll, at least epic to me. Smooth, no bitterness, fresh, bright, arabica flavor. I pair my Large cup with one sugar packet and I add my own hazelnut creamer. Heaven! Their service is always friendly. They greet me, smile, and are helpful and point out any discounts available to me. The ambiance is great. Clean, orderly, no icky odors, no sticky over-mopped floors, and condiments are always plentiful. Great job! Lastly, I love the parking spaces at this location. There are usually three open spaces right up front next to the entrance. So convenient; easy in, easy out. I'll be a Sip Club member for a long time!

This is quite possibly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. If you want a crappy, soggy, poorly constructed sandwich that you could easily make for cheaper at home, go here. If you want Mac N Cheese cooked with curdling milk, go here. If you want soup that tastes like it was regurgitated by a mouthbreather, by all means, hurry to your closest Panera. The floors were sticky and covered in feces, the employees all had rotting flesh, almost as if they were undead. They had many fire code violations and, to top it all off, the manager was British. Yeah, you heard me. They also took every good item off the menu and replaced it with worthless garbage like tuna melts and grilled "toe cheese" sandwiches. DO NOT GO TO PANERA WHERE THEY SERVE BASIC WHITE FOOD WITH NO FLAVOR.

When my order was delivered i unfortunately found hair in my sandwich. I called the location and talked with Taja and she was amazing! Sweet, professional and understanding she was able to get me a new sandwich and a refund before my lunch break was even half over!
