I've heard about the Red Taco Shop several times now and decided to finally make the drive over to Paradise and Unser to try it. The menu is just big enough for a good variety and with the Grand Slam Plate, you get one of each! Pricing is good, service is fast and friendly and, of course, the food was excellent! Even though I went with the tacos, it's birria ramen next time because I'll be back!

I picked up an order from Red Taco Shop food truck at Paradise and Unser and that was the best smelling food I've seen in a while. His food truck is cleaner than most restaurants!!! It's no wonder his customers pay to have this goodness delivered.

Finally tried for the first time at the car show at the Rio Rancho Event Center. It was GREAT! I had the carne asada tacos but I MUST go again for the Birria Tacos, they looked amazing. No pic because it was windy and I was busy eating!
