I am updating my review because it appears some changes were made. They did put a more friendly person up front, they did turn down the music, and the ventilation seemed at least slightly better. The rest of the review is the same though I didn't go in the bathroom this time so I don't know if those were cleaned up. There is still a big key for the bathroom as we saw a customer grab it. The food was good but expensive. 2 Combos and a cinnamon roll were $36. The cashier didn't seem happy about being there and the table busser was super slow. You need to get a LARGE paddle to open the bathroom which was quite dirty compared to the front of the store. The store reeked of burning bread as it always does. The workers had a fan pointed to the hood I guess to try to ventilate the place, but we've been there several times and it's always like this. Some simple things would make this place much better. 1. hire a pleasant person to be your first impression. 2. keep the music in the back at a lower volume because it competes with the music in the lobby. I like SOAD, but most customers won't. 3. Fix the hood and add some ventilation. Put a screen or vent in the back door or something. 4. clean the bathrooms thoroughly and add a keypad instead of the big paddle. Clean the vent in the bathroom. 5. Have some sugar free/caffeine free options on the soda machine.

Food is unfortunately bad here. Especially their cinnamon rolls, these taste, incredibly old and unappetizing. Service was pretty good albeit slow. The atmosphere is not that great with a poorly lit outside and shady people around.

Last evening we decided to try schlotzskys. We ordered 2 giant sandwiches and a salad that cost 11.50 as shown in the picture lettuce is wilty I'm scared to eat this will be taking it back after 6 calls to the store with no answer I'm frustrated and it better I go tomorrow and not know

I ordered from this Schlotzsky's pretty regularly and usually through the app. I have to say that I have had fast service, good delivery, and great food. This time, like most others, I opted to get my favorite, The Original. I was not disappointed. The food was delivered within the hour and was hot and delicious and tasted just like an Original should. I also got sour cream and onion potato chips which have been consistently tasty and fresh. Need an affordable and delicious sandwich delivered to you pronto? Try Schlotzsky's!!!

Schlotzskys is good food wise don't get me wrong. But this spot is terrible. I drive for Door Dash and went to pick up someone's order. It wasn't ready yet. So I waited. DD times you and things have to be delivered on time. I waited about 5 minutes and asked the fella working if it had an eta. He said it's just waiting on a salad, and no one is making a salad. I kinda looked at him shocked. What a garbage answer. So I'm a mostly patient person. I asked again about 10 minutes later what the deal was, he said again yeah just waiting on that salad. Not to be that Karen, but good lord there is no work ethic anymore. I saw more Togo orders walk out the door and eventually asked him could you go back there and maybe tell them this is just waiting on a salad and ask them to make it. So he does. Boom. Like 2 minutes later it's ready.. why it didn't cross his mind to do this in the first place is astounding. I would have just cancelled the order, but something glitched and it wouldn't let me, this whole time I also have another order to take to someone else that has now sat around for about a half hour.. anywho, once I get this poor ladies order, my DD account is restricted probably cause I've had other dudes food too long. So now I have two orders and no where to take them. I find the first guys message tool thing ask for his address tell him sorry for the wait and take it to him, the second order is just gone, no record of it, no message tool.. nada. So I reach out to DD and ask what to do with it. They can't find or see it anywhere. So like an hour goes by, my DD works again so I can carry on working. Still no word on where to take her food. So, once my delivery time is over and I'm logged out, I still have her food, so I ate it.. BUT they also got her order wrong and it was missing 3 things from the order. I will never eat here. It cost me about an hours work during peak delivery times and the order was wrong.

We had a small snafu ordering today and their customer service was outstanding! They were very apologetic and made our order correctly and it was very tasty. We come here about once a month and the food is fairly consistent. We will be back!

we ordered three sandwiches, one with heavy modifications. our server put the modifications on the wrong situation, due to a color coding issue in the system. he was extremely sweet and brought out a manager to help clear up the issue; we were given the extra sandwich they made wrong, and 3 complimentary cookies. the place looks great, its always fairly empty, which is surprising considering how amazing the food is; particularly at this location. the meat is perfectly layered, cheese is just perfect, ALL ingredients fresh, and the bread is the best bread i have ever had; crispy but soft, its both a heavy and a light bread in that way. 100% recommend this location

07/02/22 @5pm After waiting by the drive through menu for 15 minutes I went inside. No customers , so I ordered inside and waited the staff was standing around talking . Must be nice to be paid to ignore customers. I'll spend the Exstra drive to go to the rio rancho location.
