Ask for the Birria Pho! It was delicious. Also, the portions were very large for what you pay.

I love Vietnamese food and eat it often. This place was not good. I gave it a try because it is in a convenient location and when I drove by the parking lot was empty. Somehow is misread that as a "go ahead and try it, it'll be quick" as opposed to what I should have thought which was "the parking lot is empty because this place sucks". I got the sampler. A small Pho, 2 egg rolls and 2 spring rolls. The spring rolls were not very good. I got the shrimp ones. The herbs were not fresh. They cooked they shrimp in some type of seasoning. Not good. Not only did I not like the seasoning, it took over the entire roll and covered up any shrimp flavor. It was difficult to judge the flavor of the egg rolls because they were overcooked and tasted burnt. The Pho was small as stated. It was mostly rice noodles and broth. I like the whole process of preparing the extra ingredients and adding to my liking. This didn't have any options and you just eat it the way it's served. Bland and mostly noodles. Don't waste your time here. Go to a small local Pho shop as there are plenty and as far as I can remember, they are all better than this.

Friday. September 13, 2024. Lunch. Felt like Vietnamese food. Drove up to the drive through window. You order and pay at the same window. Then you park in the pick-up parking space and wait. The young lady taking my order practiced patience telling me all my options. You can really customize your food at this restaurant. I order the minor (32 ounce) Pho for $13.75. I picked the udon noodles and the smoked brisket (cashier's suggestion) with the spicy lemongrass (beef) broth. The 32-ounce broth came in its own cup, and they gave me another huge cup filled with the smoked brisket, noodles, green onions, bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, jalapenos and 2 lime wedges. This alone was a lot of food and the hot broth cooked the brisket quickly. A very satisfying meal but I wasn't done. I also ordered a fried pork sausage spring roll for $7.69. The spring rolls (there were two, not one) came with fried pork sausage (very large and chunky), rice noodles, daikon, carrots, cucumbers and lettuce. They gave me a spicy green chile dipping sauce on the side. This perfectly complemented the delicate roll. Just the spring rolls alone would have filled me up. A very healthy, nutritious meal for just over $20! It didn't take long for them to deliver it to me after ordering. I might have waited 10 minutes. Service fast and courteous. When I go back, I'll probably just order a spring roll. Maybe I'll try the shrimp spring roll next time.

It's cool that it's Fast Casual Vietnamese food, but the food is mediocre and the menu and choices are confusing. I'm a geezer and my eyes aren't that great(yeah I need glasses) so I have a hard time reading those video menus that so many places have now. And for the love of me, I couldn't understand what the counter person was trying to tell insteadme about the combo so I became annoyed and ordered a couple of rolls. The rolls were pretty fresh, but the shrimp was marinated and oddly fried and the other roll that had sausage was meh. My wife's phoe was huge but she barely ate half of it and didn't even save the leftovers which is a sign that she didn't love it. She ALWAYS keeps leftovers. I guess it's okay in a pinch but there are plenty of really good Vietnamese restaurants in this town and it's not worth the time.

Doordash Order: We ordered the spring rolls with a photo of fried spring rolls because the fresh spring rolls are sub par at best. We received fresh spring rolls anyways. Blown out mess that you can't eat. We ordered the Major Pho with the beef lemongrass broth as well. The broth is mid on the flavor profile. I'm concerned that the preparation of the pho was completed by the same person that made the spring rolls. Completely turned down by this and cannot bring myself to consume the pho.

I'm a big fan of Spring Rollin' and specifically they're their pan fried noodles. I also love the spring rolls as well but the noodles are really my favorite. This most recent visit I tried the grass jelly and it was really enjoyable. Every time I've come it's been outside of busy hours and the service has been fast and friendly.

This was a great find for us! If you like Vietnamese food this is a must try! We got a triple combo so you get to try a little bit of everything which is nice for when it's your first time or if you have a big appetite. Once we received our food everything looked delicious and even better it tasted amazing and was so filling! For the triple combo you can pick two different meats or the same for the spring roll, for the egg rolls you can also pick two different or the same, and a mini for the pho. I highly recommend the beef pho with the spicy lemongrass broth and udon noodles.

I was in town for work and stumbled upon this spot. They have a drive through, which is nice and it didn't take too long for my order. I ordered the triple combo which came with 2 spring rolls, 2 egg rolls, and a small pho portion. It hit just the right spot. It was more than enough food for one person. The spicy lemongrass broth was so comforting and soothing, I could just drink that on its own. The spring rolls and egg rolls were delightful as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for some fast, fresh, Vietnamese food.
