Zero. Stars. We used the app to order dinner because you know, social distancing. The website kicked me out 7 times while placing the order. I finally got through and entered my bank info and got a confirmation number that our order would be ready at 5pm. We show up at the restaurant and are told they have no record of our order. We show them the confirmation. Nope. The kid working calls his GM-Sid (Syd?) Bailey. Sid Bailey says oh well too bad, they can reorder and pay if they want it, we're not going to honor their confirmation bc it's not in our system. My husband goes back in and asks for Sid's number. They decline to give it out. So the employee calls Sid and my husband speaks to him on their phone. Sid tells my husband the same thing. We're out of luck, he can't give us the food we ordered and paid for because if the order never comes through he won't get paid. He apparently doesn't care that we paid for food that we didn't receive and now we're out money. He doesn't care about that. Okay, bad customer service but fine. So we ask that he write an email stating that they didn't receive the order and we didn't receive any food so that we can take it to our bank to dispute the charges. He says if the money is withdrawn from our account in the next two days, come back in and then he'll write a letter. I don't have time to tell you all the ways this is backwards. So, in the future, any time we go to a subway, we will ask if it's owned by Sid Bailey. If it is, we will not dine there. Since he takes people's hard earned money and doesn't give them what they've paid for. And he doesn't want to help in any way to make sure his customers aren't paying for product they don't receive. And don't use the app-the employee told my husband that an order just came in for someone who'd come by hours earlier, and this same thing had happened. Subway didn't get the order so they told the customer that's his too bad and sent him on his way. Don't waste your time or $$ at Sid Bailey's Subways here in Albuquerque. Next time we'll be going to Firehouse subs.

Very kind and friendly staff. As soon as we walked in, all of them greeted us. We stood in line, they asked us how our day was. Little gestures go a long way, being greeted with a smile and thanked with a smile goes a long way. We truly appreciate the good food, clean facility and the great staff! A special thanks to Chris and Ronnie (Both young, Ronnie being a young lady.) They stood out to me because they were eager to help and their positive and kind attitudes were so genuine. You can always tell the difference of naturally sweet people and ones that are scolded to do so. These two were as real as they come! Not just to us, but every person that walked through the the door as we were there. Thank you Subway!!

Very awkward experience. When I went in, there was a lady in front of me asking for more pickles or what not, and the employee was telling her that she couldn't add anymore because her manager was very strict about that stuff. Then, the guy that just started his shift, stood and just looked at me without even saying "can I help you or what would you like?" or anything. Then I asked for a veggie patty sandwich and this location doesn't offer that anyway so all being said, I will not be back.
