Overall my experience with Uber is positive...I use Uber a lot. However, given I live in the United States and only speak English, I sort of need a driver who speaks English. Really, I can go to Mexico if I want a struggle with my transportation.

Uber has failed me time and time again when I have used the Safe Ride Health app. They don't show up at my address in my apartment complex. They show up at some unknown corner in the neighborhood somewhere leaving me hanging waiting to get to my doctor's appointment which they made me start waiting for them an hour ahead of the appointment time which is really annoying. Then they don't even arrive to pick me up. Then even a replacement driver doesn't show up. Today I missed my appointment completely because of uber.

Please consider this one star to stand for a zero. Uber told us via text that our driver was on the way--told us his name, even. We were standing outside at 4:30 AM when I got a text saying that no one was coming after all. No stars!

uber will tell you that waittime for a car is 10 mins. when you request the car they tell you 15 minutes. i cancelled the ride and named the reason as too long a wait. they then try to encourage you to still use the service by saying other drivers are now available and entice you to rebook. i did so and the same thing happed. they came back with 15 minutes. i cancelled again and booked with a competitor. uber still sent the car. both cars arrived at the same place and time. i did not get into the uber. turns out the uber driver reported picking me up and dropping me off. and not at my requested drop off. further still, thus padding the bill i have athritis in my left hip and couldnt walk the 5 blocks to my seasonal job. because of the multiple tries to get an uber i ended up being late to work. i disputed the charge because my cancellations were accepted and reasonable. uber is s company that maze traps you when you try to reach out to customer service. preset denial questions and robot enforcers. uber refused to refund or reverse the charges that constituted fraud. i have a car and i have other services i can use. i logged out of my uber account and uninstalled both the uber and lime apps. this way i dont have reckless access to funding a corporation i no longer support. a live voice of a flesh and blood person would change peoples experience. the robot experience is the worst form of dehumanization of actual live customers

I ordered a Uber for my husband today. When he went to get into the Uber the driver informed him that he could not put his walker in his vehicle nor was he allowed to put the walker in the trunk. The driver told him that his walker would scratch up his vehicle. This is clearly a violation of my husband's constitutional right as well as a ADA violation. When do Uber drivers decide how people with disabilities can ride in their vehicles, specifically what they can bring with them? This was simply a preference with what the Uber driver wanted to do today. The drivers name is ROBERT, he drives a White, Nissan, 4dr. Juke.

Uber Customer Support sucks! The CEO is also unresponsive, no way to call or email anyone, for a response, but try: DaraKhosowshahi at Uber dot com Dara (CEO ?) seems to be running and ruining the long-term value of Uber, just like he did Expedia / hotels.com. Slack CS too! Uber showed a profit, but at whose expense? Uber's help online is a horrible ring-around-the-rosy deflating experience, the AI Bots (actual or human?) are poorly trained and exhibit a passive-aggressive bullying mentality. All in all, this is a company ripe for failure. Btw, this highly negative interaction stems from a fee imposed higher than the actual fare, AVOID UBER - if at all possible. Crooks, imho.

Uber in Albuquerque NM is hit or miss. Thankfully our 1st driver from airport and our last driver to the airport were on time helpful and friendly. But on one of the coldest night in Albuquerque NM we had a driver that tried to leave us stranded!! He claimed he could not find in address, then he claimed he could not see us( really I was wearing a bright Red jacket and a bright Red scarf). Then we had one driver that drove so fast that I thought I would never see Houston Texas again as he ran lights and seat belts did not work causing me to slide around the back seat. Uber Albuquerque please do better.

As a driver I can honestly say this. Uber doesn't pay us drivers a fair wage, nor provide benefits. For example if a driver makes $150 for the day; Uber takes 25% of that. When the driver accounts for gas and other expenses it comes out to $30 that the driver actually makes. Also the navigation system for Uber isn't always accurate which makes it hard to find the riders at time and makes drop off difficult. For all pick-ups and drop offs at the airport Uber takes a larger percentage of the drivers pay. For the drivers it is impossible to make a living driving for Uber.

Uber of Albuquerque provided a driver who was AWSOME , the company , UBER is what deserves careful reconsideration ‼ I got a ride after choosing a price - HERE JS WHERE THINGS GET SKETCHY- So you choose a price based on the ride . I chose the lowest price ride; when I got the price it was $13.66 - NOW TAKE A LOOK AT THIS RECEIPT ‼ Uber is not up front on pricing ! My suggestion - DONT put a tip on the card - giv it to the driver ! Otherwise - complain and push back on added fees ‼‼‼
