Everything is to be done only like every other business.  They help with an attitude if you don't understand something.  It would be a much better experience if they would just do their job Customer service.

I have performed, rented space, taken class, and had rehearsal here. Every time I visited I was greeted warmly and all staff were willing to help me with anything I needed.
