Great taste n flavor of Halal. White sauce is excellent. I feel 2 people can share one person serving. It means they give out a lot of food. A bit spicy but it is mildly amusing type of spicy. Credit/cash both accepted. Expect a long wait time. Recommend going there late night early morning weekdays.

The wait time here is not for the hungry or faint of heart. The line is long! Every time I’ve been here the line is crazy, but it speaks volumes about the food. I’ve had the food a couple of times and it is delicious. It’s more seasoned than other carts nearby. The workers have their workstations set up like a conveyor belt, but they do work as fast as they can. The first time we came the wait in line was over an hour, this time when I went it was under an hour. I got the chicken over spicy rice and chicken gyro. Both were great. They are very generous with their portions. They also take cash or card which is convenient. Would I wait frequently for the food? No, but occasionally with the right person to keep me company in the line, sure! Hopefully they open more locations soon so the wait is not so overwhelming.

Alright.. Abel's is def the best Halal truck in the area. Lines are definitely long and will continue to grow long. BUT we wanna hear about the food right?? Food is good.. it's very fresh and everything is cooked really well.

The debate lately has been if this is the best halal food in the city. I have been eating the halal guys since 2004 and always loved it but that place has clearly deteriorated. So got a chance today to try this out.  Even at abt 11:45 on a Tuesday night, the wait was an hour. I ordered chicken n gyro over rice. Right off the bat, chicken is well seasoned, gyro and rice is flavorful. Top it off with white n hot sauce, u have a dynamite combo. YES, this place is far superior to the halal guys.
Go here tonight but be ready to wait a minimum of an hour.

I visited on Friday and was greeted with an hour-long line, which I’d heard is common. Despite the wait, the experience was absolutely worth it. I ordered the falafel over spicy rice, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were vibrant, and the portion was generous—definitely one of the best bowls I’ve ever had. If you have the time to wait, this place is well worth it for an exceptional meal!

Jag kom hit klockan ett: 00 AM och det var en 30 minuters väntan! Det här stället dök upp på mina sociala medier och jag tror att hypen är berättigad. Alla halalvagnar i stan är ganska bra enligt mig och på något sätt sticker den här ut över resten.

Portion mycket stor, det smakade ganska bra, inte enastående, massor av ris och inte så mycket kött, jag hade blandat kött med kryddigt ris. 

Vi väntade en timme, kön verkade inte vara så lång, det tog bara evigheter vilket förvånade mig med tanke på att man egentligen bara kan beställa en sak. 

Om kön är kort skulle jag gå igen, men jag skulle inte köa en timme

Såg en rekommendation för Adel's på YouTube så tänkte att vi skulle testa den. Vi blev inte besvikna. Stora portioner och mycket välsmakande. Långa köer kan bara betyda en sak. Personalen var effektiv, snabb och vänlig. Om vi var i New York längre skulle vi definitivt gå tillbaka.

Mycket god mat men var beredd att köa i cirka 40 minuter. 
För mat på Manhattan priset är mycket rimligt och personalen är vänlig.

Vi kunde inte lämna NYC utan att prova den här typen av mat. Det var iskallt och vi beställde ett lamm och en kycklingyros. För $ 5 vardera får du en enorm sak välfylld, varm och läcker. Jag ska ge dem en tio! Denna gatamat är värt det, och jag antar att de andra rätterna de erbjuder också måste vara bra.

Mat lastbilar i NYC är ett dime ett dussin rätt? Varma hundar, korv, gyros, risskålar, falafel, du ser dem på varje gata hörn. Men en gång i taget, om du gör lite grävning, tror jag att du kan hitta en som slår dina jävla strumpor av. Och det är Adels.

Denna speciella lastbil är mycket berömd och med rätta. Vi gick faktiskt här för sen natt äter tre gånger om fem dagar. VAD. Men risskålarna var bara så vansinnigt fantastiska.

Varje kväll tittade jag glatt när de huggade och seared högarna med kött och grönsaker och sedan skedde massiva delar av det ovanpå sallad och pita. Och det spelade ingen roll om vi fick lamm (hej, jag gillar inte ens lamm!), Kyckling eller kombinationsruta, kryddigt ris eller gult ris, vitsås eller ingen, varm sås eller ingen (men bra herre älskade jag det eldig fantastisk varm sås), var varje bett perfektion. I slutet av vårt tredje besök erkände ägaren oss och jag sa till honom att vi lämnade NYC men vi skulle komma tillbaka för att se honom nästa gång.

Jag var parkerad bredvid den här vagnen i nästan en timme och under den tiden såg jag så många professionella förare dubbelpark för att komma ut och få mat. Jag gav slutligen in och fick lammet med kycklingkombo över gul ris med pita, sallad och vitsås (på sidan). Det var det bästa jag någonsin har haft! Lammet var enastående. Kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka.

Detta var en av de bästa gyrovagnarna jag har varit på länge. Jag ska resa 40 mil för att åka hit igen.

Jag har haft andra NYC halal matvagnar och ville försöka Adels matbil (46 och 6). Glad att jag gjorde det och det blir en annan plats att stanna vid när jag återvänder till NYC. Kyckling och ris tallrik var $ 6. Beställt 2 - ett med kryddigt ris och det andra med gult ris. Båda var utmärkta. Vitsås var smakfull. Röd sås var VARM. Det som gjorde att Adel stod ut från andra matvagnar var att killen som tog order faktiskt pratade med mig medan kockarna gjorde matlagningen. Jag skulle inte ha något problem att komma tillbaka. Skål!

Vi reser till Mellanöstern, vanligtvis årligen och har varit i Kuwait och Dubai så vi älskar oss lite arabisk mat ... speciellt Shawarma. Men det här är vår mest favorit - vi har hittat hittills!

Gillar det mycket. Det är min resa till middag. Verkligen gillar lammet över ris. Gult ris. Det kommer vanligtvis med pitabrödet, men ibland uppstår det inte mystiskt. Rekommendera starkt över de andra halalvagnarna.

Jag kom till 5 : 30:00 och han var bara i början av inställda så jag gick runt - - jag skulle ha fastnat runt eftersom när jag kom tillbaka på 6:00, han hade redan 4 eller 5 beställningar innan mig. Jag beställde kyckling med ris och det kom med en del pitabröd. Det var en enorm beställning precis som alla andra recensenter sagt. Jag fick dessutom en sida av falafel. Alla för bara $ 9!  ! Jag älskade den mat och de en kryddig sås alls de satte på det var verkligen en kryddig - - perfekt! Jag hade inte ens dem ge mig extra hot peppers på sidan. Detta är något av det bästa från medelhavsköket jag har ätit.
