I am not vegan but Wow! Definitely, impressed with the food. It was delicious. We were a fairly decent group who had one person allergic to nuts. She was impressed with having options and how our server made great suggestions for the appetizers. Definitely, looking forward to coming back. We were celebrating our vegan girlfriend birthday and the rest were meat lovers... willing to come back.

Our first time dining here. Tried three dips with zatar pita: fava bean, taramasalata, Roasted eggplant with pomegranate seeds. All good, but the eggplant was our favorite. Chicken and lamb kebabs were really tasty, but the highlight for me was the incredible chocolate and date Dessert with ice cream!! Decadent treat. We absolutely loved the ambience of the restaurant, and the service was great too. Highly recommend, and cannot wait to come back next time we visit the city!

Dinner at Anixi was a great atmosphere, and we were very pleased that they were open on Christmas day when we arrived in NYC. The smoked salmon was fascinating and delicious - definitely never had anything like that at a vegan restaurant. Both the chicken skewers and taquitos were great as well. Honestly I've never had vegan chicken that was that realistic - so props for that. I do wish the menu had more healthy dishes to go with the mock meats. It's not exactly my type of restaurant for that reason, but if I had a non-vegan friend I wanted to impress, this would be a smart choice. I'm giving it 5 stars because for what it is, it is really outstanding and I haven't had anything that convincingly meat-like in my 7 years as a vegan.

This was my first time here. I came on a Saturday afternoon with a small party. It was quiet, intimate and pleasant. The service and food were both phenomenal. I have strict dietary restrictions (lentils, soy, corn, oat, gluten etc) and the restaurant was wholly prepared and dedicated to serving me items I could eat. It was well organized, the best I’ve ever encountered. I was impressed. The food was so good. Do not sleep on those Salmon appetizers (coming from a non salmon person). If you haven’t tried prickly pear before, you’re missing out. Definitely get the mocktail, it was delicious. Be prepared to spend money though, it adds up quickly.

Absolutely amazing food! I don’t always love eggplant dip but adore theirs! In fact, every dip they make is luscious and particularly loved the mushroom kebabs. I’ve been twice now and loved it even more the second time. This last visit, sadly, our group of six had to rush a bit since we were there for a pre theater dinner. We were a mix of vegan or vegetarian and non veg, but we ALL tremendously enjoyed the food, desserts, cocktails, and presentation. The atmosphere was lively (noisy but not too awful), and the main dining room is gorgeous. We sat at a large booth in the back. Highly recommend for veg and non veg dining.

Vi har varit på veganska restauranger över hela världen och betygsatt Anixi nr 1 ! ! Atmosfären är tyst och elegant. Personalen är vänlig, uppmärksam och hjälpsam. Och maten...wow! Mellan kycklingkebab och biffkibbeh, kommer köttätarna i din grupp inte att veta skillnaden. Maten är utsökt och vackert presenterad. Vi kommer tillbaka om och om igen!

En stor vegansk plats som underbara sittplatser och en hel del bra alternativ. Vi hade så svårt att välja vad vi ville ha men tack och lov hade vi en familjestil brunch så vi fick prova en massa olika saker. Fritatan var utmärkt och var förmodligen vår favoriträtt av måltiden. Det kom med 2 dipp (tahini och hummus) och tunnbröd. Vi fick också 3 andra dopp - alla tre var smakrika. Vi har vitlöksglaserat dra isär brödet - WOW. Brödet är så gott och jag rekommenderar IT. Vi fick pistaschcheesecaken som dessert. IT är så vackert upplagd men smakar lika gott. IT kändes som en kombination av en baklava och cheesecake och jag älskade de olika texturerna.

Det är så skönt att hitta en vegansk restaurang som känns som en speciell utekväll. De är så få, och Anixi är en. Vacker plats, utmärkt mat och en udda men trevlig servitris.

Wow! Maten är utsökt. Wow! Priserna var skandalösa. Wow! Drinkarna, @$ 20 per pop hade nästan ingen alkohol. Sammantaget var dryckerna den mest nedslående delen.

Rekommenderar starkt! ! ! ! VEGAN maten var utsökt och matpresentationen var vacker. Stora komplimanger till kocken! Vi hade fyra ppl i vår fest och beställde flera rätter att dela. Varje rätt från appar, huvudrätt till dessert var perfekt. Ser fram emot vårt nästa besök när vi besöker NYC!

En annan fantastisk restaurang i New York för Veganer. Det är en mediterian / libanonesisk stil men lämplig för veganer. Vi hade en mezze av dopp till att börja med min favorit är normalt humous (vilket var jättegott) men jag måste säga att jag absolut älskade Fire Roasted Aubergine. Vi kommer definitivt att besöka igen när vi återvänder till New York och så bör du om du ljuger god mat.

Vi har varit här två gånger nu . Och svär varje gång vi kommer till New York , att stanna här . Även om du inte är växtbaserad är detta den bästa restaurangen. Bra atmosfär , bra service och fantastisk mat . Jag längtar efter att komma tillbaka!

Jag har ätit på Willow (älskade det) och har haft Anixi på min lista ett bra tag, men har inte fått plats med det i mitt schema. Jag bor i stan och kommer inte ofta till Chelsea. Det kanske är bra, för om jag bodde närmare skulle jag spendera alla mina pengar där. Min gäst och jag åt på i baren, som var pittoreska och mysiga. Tjänsten var bra med vår server som svarar på de många frågor jag hade. Smakerna var exceptionella. Enbart den vispade ricottan var värd resan. Jag måste komma på hur jag ska komma tillbaka dit så fort jag inte har slutat tänka på det. Allt vi försökte var utsökt. Definitivt tillbaka. Om du besöker NYC, se till att lägga till denna plats till din lista. Du kommer inte att ångra det.

Helt enkelt en av de bästa veganska restaurangerna i världen. Enastående mat och service och en mysig atmosfär. Jag kan inte rekommendera denna plats nog.

Jag hade inte haft någon större framgång med vegansk mat på min resa till NYC, så såg fram emot ett besök i Anixi och jag blev inte besviken. Jag var en ensam diner och välkomnades varmt av den fantastiska Jason vid inträdet, och sedan ses efter av manager Jorge. Platsen var upptagen och en bra känsla! 

De satt mig och jag bad om deras rekommendationer och de föreslog 3 bra alternativ. Jag åt kycklingkebab och ostgrillat bröd med rinnande äggula, följt av en krämig dessert. 

Maten var sublim och den grillade brödrätten var av denna värld! Jason och Jorge ‘ service och uppmärksamhet var exceptionell! Trots att priserna är branta - jag kommer säkert tillbaka till några av de andra härliga rätterna på menyn.

Enastående på alla sätt, från maten till service och atmosfär. 100 % vegansk mellanösternmat med lite twister, en rolig kulinarisk upplevelse. En av de bästa veganska restauranger i NYC Barnone. Jag rekommenderar starkt.

FANTASTISK restaurang! Åkte med en grupp med många människor som aldrig ätit växtbaserad mat och alla blev förvånade över hur bra det är! Äggtunnbrödet och bitbiffen går inte att skilja från smaken och känslan av dessa produkter. Restaurangen har mycket snabb service och en super trendig atmosfär så är en absolut pärla. Rekommenderar starkt denna plats för en rolig utekväll med verkligen exceptionell mat.

Jag har aldrig varit ett stort fan av veganska restauranger som försöker göra köttsubstitut, men jag var villig att göra ett undantag eftersom min partner sa att några av de andra veganska restaurangerna i City Roots Hospitality Group var ganska bra. Dippen var ett perfekt sätt att starta måltiden - min favorit var den vispade "ricottan" som parades vackert med honungen även om den var lite styv i konsistensen och min partners favorit var den kryddiga kabocha squashen. De krispiga "lamm" cigarrerna var krispiga men lite torra på insidan - jag önskar att citronen stod ut lite mer. Tyvärr åt jag den populära grillade chick’n shish kaboben och ogillade den. Den var inte bara stram i konsistensen, den var också torr och att försöka lägga till den parade såsen ovanpå återfuktade inte kaboben mer, utan framhävde bara hur torr den var. Det var ett försök att svälja vad som kändes som smaklöst fint hår ner, även om löken inuti var utsökt. Kanske var det en björntjänst att kalla detta "kyckling" och kan ha primat mig att förvänta mig något det aldrig skulle bli. Även om den har goda förrätter, skulle jag inte komma hit för förrätter. Med tanke på vilken typ av restaurang det är tillsammans med priset, det finns bättre veganska restauranger i NYC som kommer att göra samma sak men bättre för samma summa pengar.

DEN godaste Meze jag någonsin ätit, även i Grekland! Två av oss delade på svampkebab (mer saftig och smakrik än något kött) , auberginedip (ljus och upplyst med mynta och granatäpplekärnor) , och kronärtskocka tots (salt, knaprigt, bra för doppning). Vi tog varsitt glas vin och var helt nöjda, tillräckligt för att klara kvällen med att titta på dans i närheten.
