Really aesthetically pleasing place. “Lawyers, Guns and Money” is definitely a great drink. “Como la flor” is very bitter and lots of flavors, it wasn’t my favorite. The service was good and quick. The place is very small and it can get crowded. Limited sitting. It’s a good place to socialize and grab a drink.

The concept of the place is spot on. The decoration, the uniforms, the menu all in theme. Cocktails were good, music was good too but the place was so full that you don’t get to experience the making of the cocktail which I think is cool for a specialized cocktail bar. All in all it’s a good place, recommendation if you want to sit, get early because every time I’ve been it’s packed.

Great place. Dark speakeasy, had a live band playing "spooky" sounding music. Cocktails were outstanding! You could taste all ingredients, and they paired very well! We had the "Aniki" (green drink) and "Wartime Consigliere"

Drinks are awesome, I travel from Morristown NJ for this place. The area it’s in is great, tons of places to eat after. The bar is super unique with tons of history behind it. It actually used to be an old opium den. But the drinks are very good, very unique and i’m always happy coming here.

Bra erfarenhet. Cocktaillistan är unik och tematisk. Vi skulle vilja sitta ute på en lördag eftermiddag och det fanns inget utrymme så vi stannade inne. Utan utsikt över taket bara cocktails kan anses lite överskattad.

Letar efter en ledig plats / bar för en dejt. Det här var trevligt. Jag gjorde inte mycket research, så den burleska föreställningen var en trevlig överraskning. Cocktailarna var intressanta för mig och goda. De är också dyra så förbered dina mynt. Personalen och datum bartenders var riktigt bra och trevlig. Fantastisk atmosfär. Svagt upplysta, lönnkrogar säkert.

Det här stället tillverkar välgjorda cocktails med stil som håller upp i smaken. Tequila Slow Burn var min favorit. Apotekstemat är coolt, inredningen är mörk, textil och lynnig, personalen bär labbrockar medan du brygger dina cocktails.

Efter middagen på kinesisk smoking måste du åka till Apotheke för att hantverka cocktail. Mycket cool plats med bra drycker och atmosfär.

Kollade webbplatsen för att kontrollera var öppen och märkte att den var stängd för en privat funktion dagen innan så antogs att den skulle vara öppen den kvällen. Reste dit men vid ankomst berättade osäkra att vi inte kunde gå in så stängd för en privat fest. Inte imponerad.

Det finns några saker att gilla på Apotheke. Den 19: e århundradet apotekär atmosfär är ganska cool. De välgjorda cocktails har en fantasifull blandning av ovanliga sprit, botanik, husgjorda elixirer och bitters. Men några saker lämnar en dålig smak. Det finns dyrbara små sittplatser, och vad som finns fylls snabbt. Bartenderna, åtminstone på kvällen när jag besökte, även om jag var professionell, var inte särskilt engagerande. Dold pärla på Doyers i Chinatown. Om du inte letar efter det kommer du att sakna det. Liten öppning ner till en annan värld och tid med bra drycker som Sitting Buddha eller Golden Hour. Absinthe-baserade drycker också för de så lutande. Alla ingredienser är housemade dagligen.

Denna plats ligger i ett hörn i Kina stad. Unika drycker bra atmosfär men det finns inte riktigt någonstans att sitta.

Mycket kreativa cocktails och namn, trevlig bar i mitten av ingenstans i Chinatown, men 18 dollar cocktails är bra men inte alltför!

Rolig plats för en eller två drinkar, vi gick efter WoHOP - drycker var mer än middag, mycket klubb som speakeasy känsla. Fancy Ginger drycker - mycket stark.

Mixologerna i vita labbrockar var ganska trevliga att titta på för att göra akten ganska dramatisk.
Toaletterna är också intressanta. En väldigt 1930 s atmosfär.

Beläget i en liten bakgata i Chinatown, Doyers Street - utanför Pell Street, skulle det vara lätt att sakna den här baren, eftersom det ser ut som en sluten, rundown, butikshall. Den enda tänk på att det är en bar är den enda "Chemist" -skylten ovanför dörren och mycket liten tryckt "Apotheke" på rullluckan. Öppna dörren och tryck tillbaka den tunga gardinen och en annan värld avslöjas.

Det tar en stund för ögonen att anpassa sig till den svaga belysningen, men när de gör så ser du bord och soffor längs en vägg och stolar och bord längs andra sidan. baren, med de vita jacketed mixologistsna, ligger längs ändväggen mitt emot ytterdörren och gardinen.

Stämningen var surrande, med hög musik och allmän chitch från de många konsumenterna inuti, inte att du skulle ha vetat det här närmar sig utanför. När vi kom fram var det ingen dörrskyddspersonal, men när vi lämnade märkte vi en manlig anställd som kontrollerade deltagare och klädkod etc.

Vi hade 5 olika drinkar valda från en lång meny / lista, och alla var helt olika. Några var starka nog att blåsa dina strumpor av (Inte för mig) och andra mycket mer välsmakande. Det finns tillräckligt med val för att passa de flesta smaker.

Konstigt finns det inget pris som visas på menyn, men alla cocktails verkar vara prissatta till $ 18, vilket är ungefär genomsnittet för priser som vi försökte medan i NYC.

Det är definitivt en annan stil med bar, med ett varierat urval av drycker, och vi skulle återkomma om någonsin tillbaka i området.
