Loved my lunch break in this warm, cozy spot. I ordered the grilled chicken panini. The portion was good and it tasted divine, perfect for the chilly weather.

Delicious, cozy spot! We popped in for soup to warm up and highly recommend the Country tomato and Coconut Thai curry soup with chicken.. will definitely be back next time we're in NYC.

Great value for a $10 combo of half sandwich plus a cup of soup. I had Mediterranean veggie sandwich and lentils soup. Great experience especially when I felt hungry in a windy and cold day. Definitely Will visit again

I stumbled upon this sandwich place. I asked the server for a recommendation and he suggested the Chicken Schnitzel sandwich and the Grilled Chicken panini. Although I was craving beef, I went for the Grilled Chicken panini. It was one of the best chicken panini I ever had. Also their fries … let me tell you they have the real “French” fries. It is thin and not too soft nor too crunchy. Gust get a large one you won’t regret it.

4.7 stars. We happened upon this little cafe at Happy Hour. Their peach sangria is on point! I had a long drive later that evening and was not planning on drinking but the peach sangria was delicious! I had two. The fried fish sandwich with za’atar fries was large portioned, reasonably priced and good (not greasy). The Middle Eastern Turkey II was also very good. The falafels were pretty good, moist and not dense. Lots of vegetarian choices. The staff is friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable for Manhattan. 4/2024.

Normalt gör jag inte något för att skriva recensioner, men det här förtjänar det så mycket.
När du är i NYC gå till östra byn och prova deras läckra sallad och grön thailändsk curry!

Under de senaste 16 timmarna har jag haft två av mina favoritmåltider i NYC, som båda var på gångavstånd från mitt hotell på Union Square. Gotham Bar & Grill var dyr men fantastisk och min måltid på Bite, ett udda hål i väggen var otroligt också! Jag hade shaksooka - så smakfull, med färska ingredienser. Det är avslappet; du beställer på räknaren och jag trodde tjänsten var bra. De har flera platser runt området. Är väldigt nyfiken på att prova smörgåsarna för att se om de är lika bra men baserat på denna äggrätt gav jag högsta betyg!

Medan vi tillbringade dagen på hantverket inga smycken mässor i området, vi tappade av Bite till lunch. Första gången på inresa var en fyrkant av killar precis vid dörren, två som spelade elektriska tangentbord sida vid sida, och två tjänade som sin entusiastiska publik för vad som hände till ätpinnar. Men när vi kom över dem var killen vid räknaren SUPER vänlig och hjälpsam. Våra sallader var crunchy, välsmakande och ganska stora. Inredningen var kakel: i $ 500 mosaik - ed skateboards, det andra konstverket på väggarna och hela golvet. Vi hade det bra.

Jag fick 1/2 panini, 1/2 sallad och en hemlagad limonad för $ 13, inklusive tips. Restaurangen är liten men jag gick runt 5: 30 på en torsdag och det fanns gott om sittplatser. Det är ett bra läge, precis ner från Union Square stopp. Panini var lite torr men salladen var fantastisk - getostsallad med en generös servering av getost. Det var så gott. Limonaden var spektakulär. Tjänsten var lite brå men jag brydde mig inte om det. Jag fick min mat snabbt och det var väl gjort och billigt så det var bra med mig.

Om du tittar på mina andra recensioner ser du att de flesta av mina betyg förlorar poäng på grund av renhet (eller ganska brist på det). Men Bite är ett undantag, det är verkligen en snuskig smutsig plats, men jag ger fortfarande en hög betyg. Allvarligt är jag förvånad över att jag ens kom in på platsen, om det inte var för min dotter som insisterade på att det var riktigt bra mat till ett rimligt pris, tror jag inte att jag skulle ha gett det en ny blick när jag gick. Men försök det jag gjorde, tre gånger för att vara exakt. . Jag var så imponerad av maten och priserna som jag bara inte kunde hålla sig borta! Jag hade Schnitzel smörgås och sallad och verkligen verkligen haft det. Priset var riktigt bra för vad du får. . . . så bra att jag kunde se över smutsen. Den här restaurangen var rekommenderat till oss av några anställda på the Strand bokhandel och det levde upp till varje del för kommentaren. Baserat på ser jag tror inte jag skulle ha någonsin gick in där utan coaxing men skam på mig. Den plats är små men mer än gör upp för det i smak och kvalitet. Min fru och jag ofta brukar satsa på nya saker så hon fick sauted blomkål och jag fick den Shakshuka med lite Hummus. Vi har upplevt söder för en lång stund så detta var ny för mig. Vi, utan mig speciellt, kunde inte ha varit mer nöjd med maten. Det var varmt, rätt smakrikt och smakade fantastiskt. Det hela tiden vi var där det fanns en ständig ström av leverans killar och ta reda på order och jag kan lätt se på varför. Maten var väl värt resan från den västra änden.
Detta är inget märkvärdigt maten utan om du letar efter verkligt minnesvärd comfort food är denna plats är ett utmärkt val.

Det här stället är ganska små och även lätt att missa. Det finns ca 6-8 bord och du beställer på disken. De tar med den mat som ditt bord när det är färdigt. Menyn är inte stort men har en mängd olika. Jag hade rökt kalkon och pesto panini och det var bra. Det var en bra summa av Turkiet och ost och det var på en rulle som var en lite svårt i vissa områden men ok. De har ett antal veganska rätter och och flera soppor. De tjänar också frukost. Det är en bra plats för en snabb måltid.

Det här stället var mycket nära där vi bodde. Min fru mådde inte bra och så var inte upp att åka ut för frukost soI fick frukost smörgåsar härifrån och skinka, ägg och ost var odjuret vi någonsin har haft. De var så bra att vi hade dem nästa dag.

Jag har varit på Union Square, en zillion gånger och på något sätt aldrig märkte det här stället. Det är ett fantastiskt fynd! Maten är fräsch och god och det finns en stor variation av val. Läsken är också riktigt smaskiga. Denna lilla restaurang är avslappnad men inte snabbmat, det är så mycket bättre än det!

Detta är ett område populär plats. Jag stannade till kl. 11:45 under veckan för att undvika värme och beställde ett halvt panini och en sallad. Min avsikt var att ta det i parken några kvarter bort och äta men det var svalt inuti finns det även med en trevlig dörrarna öppna så jag bestämde mig för att njuta av det. Inom 15 minuter alla borden togs och lokalbefolkningen var komma och gå att plocka upp beställningar de hade ringt och andra beställa take-out.

Det är en fantastisk lokal hitta. God mat. Jag älskade att dunk min Turkiet Pesto panini i den läckra balsam salladsdressing. Jag älskar att hitta platser som denna där du kan äta bra hälsosam mat för under $ 10. Jag kommer att åka tillbaka!

Ägaren här var riktigt bra, för att fråga hur alla gjorde. Jag uppskattade den vänlighet. Jag hör på nätterna de kan få en lång rad ut genom dörren - så planera i förväg när du vill komma. Ingen reservationer dock : -)

På en bitter kall kväll i NYC, det finns inget mer välkomnande än en utmärkt tallrik soppa!
Bite är ett litet kvarter restaurang på mellan 2 och 3 Av den 14 september. Precis utanför "L" tåg.
Det är ett trevligt ställe för Vegan och vegetariska rätter, och även köttätare kan hitta något delikat.
Den soppor är allt färskt. Välsmakande, herby och generös. Fyllda med olika smaker och konsistenser.
Smörgåsarna är nyskapande och rätt smakrikt.
Många vegetariska.
Bröd och alla ingredienser är verkligen färskt. Inget bearbetas.
Kaffe serveras i dessa stora koppar. Nybryggt.
Älskar det här stället.
Billigt. Men smakar som en miljon bucks!

Som en New Yorker är god billig mat inte alltid lätt att hitta. Jag snubblat på denna restaurang när jag arbetade i Manhattan, 14th Street område. Jag älskar panini! Jag kommer att lägga denna restaurang till en min nya lunch fläckar!
