Very very nice place where to have a good steak. Warm and welcoming environment, great staff. We started with their appetizer a pan brioche with butter, delicious, then we had a New York Strip, cream spinach, potato skins and mashed potatoes. I was expecting the meet softer but very good over all. Prices aligned with Manhattan.
If you are around try it for sure.

Says it all in the name. This was our one and only high end meal while we were in the city this time and they definitely knocked it out of the park. We had the delmonico and cowboy as our cuts of meat. Special was the veal parmesan which didn't disappoint and took up the entire plate. Was absolutely massive. Brussel sprouts and asparagus as the sides. Beet salad as our starter along with the infamous popovers! Otherworldly! Drinks were strong. Service was top tier. They were able to accommodate last minute changes to our reservations which was fantastic and greatly appreciated. Not a single thing I would change about the entire evening. Excellent, excellent experience.

Love this place! I have been here 3 times now and the food is exceptional, the service is impeccable, and the cocktails are excellent.  I had the Delmonico Steak and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food and the preparation. The prices are not bad considering it is in Manhattan, where everything is extremely overpriced. The atmosphere is lively, so it makes it a little difficult to have conversations unless you are seated in a corner. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We ordered the Prime Queen Spanish Chuleton, special menu for today, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The meat was soft and I loved the charcoal butter - a bit different but it mixed well with everything! The Chef came to present and explained the cut at our table. The appetizers, Tuna Tartare and Burrata salad, were also delicious. The staff always provided top service. Highly recommended!

BLT steak was one of my favorite places to have a good steak before the original one on 57th closed down. Wasn't sure what to make of Prime: It was solid but not spectacular.
The popovers are always delicious.
I was a little disappointed with the amuse bouche though, as it is the same one that they've served since BlT Steak opened all those years ago.
We got the wagyu picanha and the cowboy ribeye. The picanha was tender and the chimichurri added a brightness that balanced the fattiness of the wagyu. I was disappointed in the ribeye...it was supposed to be aged but didn't taste like it. And it wasn't nearly as tender as I thought it would be even though I got it rare (how I usually like my steaks).
