Usually people filled compelled to write reviews only when they had bad experiences and rarely for great homes. I had the pleasure of dining at the Jazz club multiple times in the last couple of weeks and I feel that Francesco’s exceptional service deserves recognition. This was not my first stay at the stunning hotel, which beautifully blends luxury and comfort. However, it was my first visit to their club restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations.
The ambiance is sophisticated yet inviting, making it perfect for casual meals or special occasions. The breathtaking views from both the terrace and interior added to the experience. Salvatore warmly welcomed us, but the standout was Valentina, whose exceptional service and attention to detail truly made our night special.

I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful place and can’t wait to return, hoping to see Valentina again!

Reception & Concierge: Very friendly, helpful and professional (especially the older staff). Contacted me before my stay for any reservations, managed to get me a table at a busy restaurant and helped me to organize a helicopter tour. Also took notice of my wish for a quiet room.

Rooms: A bit small for the price, but one of the most comfortable beds I slept in, in any 5 star house around the world. Really liked the bed linen.

Bar: Not the best experience. We ordered a Milano Torino and a Gin Tonic, with Mare Gin (two of the most “European” drinks you can order). After some time the waitress came back and said: We don’t have the ingredients for your “cocktails”, sorry. My friend told her that a Milano Torino is just Campari and red vermouth, and they should be able to make it. I told her that it is no problem if they don’t have Gin Mare, and she should just surprise me with a Gin Tonic creation of her choice. After some time she brought my friend his Milano Torino, and brought me a very normal looking Gin Tonic with a slice of lemon. After she put it down she wanted to leave, but I asked her: Cool, what kind of Gin Tonic did you make me now, because she didn’t explain. She said: Oh it’s just Hendrick’s Gin. I said: Hmm that’s fine, but do you have cucumber? After a while she came back and said there was no cucumber at the bar, which I found just a little disappointing. I can’t imagine that this style of service (and knowledge of drinks) is “in the spirit of the inventor”. Maybe at a typical American hotel, but not at Casa Cipriani. The lentil salad however was excellent.

Restaurant: 10/10. Great view, vibrant atmosphere, and the food was even a little better than at other locations (Cipriani downtown for example). Excellent Scallopine al Limone and the Vitello Tonato also had a really great texture and taste. Two small things that annoyed me: 1) Our reserved table was not ready on time, and after registering us at the front desk of the restaurant, the ladies just ignored us and we stood around for 20 minutes +, until I directly approached the guy who is responsible for the table allocation. He was pretty cool and friendly and lead us to a table quickly. 2) One of the young ladies from the restaurant front desk, who walked around the restaurant. When making a picture of the view, she approached me and said: “No photos”, in a very monotonous/arrogant manner. After leaving my jacket at the table and going to the restrooms, she approached me again and confronted me that there are no shirts / short sleeves allowed and there is a dress code. I told her that I have a jacket and it is at my table. A bit more friendliness would have been nice here, if you work for a 5 star house like this, that should be the minimum.

Breakfast (on the terrace): Also 10/10. Such a nice young waiter, perfect sunshine, everything came as ordered and the view was amazing
