Should have read reviews before coming.  $7 for a bagel with barely any cream cheese.  Asking for a bit more is a $1 extra.  The woman toasting the bagels is rude as well.  There was a woman trying to order a sandwich and was a bit confused and the man behind the sandwich line treated her like she was stupid.   Not worth the price for the quality and service

I got a soup and a salad and both were really good. Nothing extraordinary but everything is fresh, maybe the produce they use is better quality verses other lunch places.

Generally good people but when ordering a bagel with butter, no toasting, it should not be toasted and you should not use cream cheese instead of butter. I don't like cream cheese and scraped most of it off...
Days later: I am guessing that toasted bagels are the default and if you want it untoasted you have to watch them and make sure your bagel does not wind up in the toaster, which is fine since they're generally very nice people behind the counter though most people don't watch anything but their phones.
