We have many years of excellent fine dining experiences in the US and Europe and our recent dinner at Eulalie ranks in the top tier.

There is a no cell phone use at the table policy, which we honored.  We have a photo of our champagne while waiting for the table because we had not read the menu and policy yet.  It was refreshing to eat an entire meal without seeing cell phones all over the room and photo shoots (I've never even considered it as a distraction until it was not happening, including myself as a participant).

Having the front and back of the house teams so excellent is rare, there is usually some type of imbalance.  We were greeted warmly at the door and this continued throughout the evening until we left.  We were honored to meet the owners.

The food is thoughtful, complex without being overly complicated, and absolutely delicious.  The wines are lock step with the food.  The portioning is perfect.

Each table is situated to feel like you are in a person's dining room, intimate and lovely.

We will be back, we just hope we can get a reservation.

We celebrated a birthday dinner here and overall we really enjoyed the hospitality and food. All the people who serviced our table were super friendly and professional, and the sommelier knows his stuff.

I ordered a wine pairing and I was given more than I could finish. In terms of the food, I liked the scallop appetizer and thought the duck breast entree was decent too. We were also given a few things gratuit for the birthday celebration which we highly appreciated.

It was not a busy night and maybe 6 of the 11 tables were occupied. The service was somewhat slow as we had to wait for 50 mins between the mid course and the entree. All the other tables seem to have gotten their entrees before we got ours.

Lastly, chef Chip came out at the end of the dinner service and stopped by every table except ours to say hello. We felt a little neglected by the chef 🥲

We celebrated my partner’s birthday tonight at Eulalie.  Every morsel was delectable. We loved the balance of dishes that just come to you (white gazpacho!) and your opportunity to select.  Very individualized service, Tina and Chip are the co-owners- she’s the front person , he is the chef. Both delightful. Our new favorite place to celebrate anything and everything. Lovely intimate ambiance too.

Wow!  A great and special dining experience.  Eulalie is a beautiful space, and the dishes do not disappoint.  A small, but diverse menu leads into a sophisticated and delicious dinner with creative and memorable dishes that are professionally prepared and presented. There is a special and warm greeting that continues throughout the dining experience.   This fine restaurant is not inexpensive, but is the perfect venue for a.special occasion.  We will definitely return.

What a wonderful meal.  Warm and engaging service. Incredible curation and pairing of wines.  Well executed at every course with quality product, great balance and a deft hand.  A beautiful and well designed space that makes you feel simultaneously the privacy of a room of your own and the warmth of a shared evening at a chateau in the south of France.
