Very good Italian restaurant inside The Gild Hotel.  The service is very good as is the food.  The pastas are cooked to perfection and the wine list compliments the food. The entrees are better than the appetizers. The arancini were tasty but not noteworthy.  The calamari was not very good. The salmon entree was delicious.

Food seems to be average in taste and presentation. Located inside the Gild hall hotel in the Financial district of NYC. Very close to the WTC, Eaterly and the Westfield mall.

Managers are indifferent to customers, and staff not friendly or professional and speak very little English.

Window seats are cozy. Woody interior and a little tight interior.

Price is moderate for quality and quantity.

We sat upstairs and enjoyed the arancini, the ricotta toast with honey and figs and the Milanese.
They offer plenty of wines which are stored in shelves around and behind where the tables are.
We had to wait a little time for a table but overall wasn't too bad.
We considered a dessert at the end but had no room!

Our first visit was a casual lunch where we were blown away by the quality of the food and especially the dessert. Because of that, we went the second time for our 3rd anniversary dinner!

Even though the dessert menu changed, the food and vibes still didn't disappoint us. To top it all, Nadira was fab to not just make us comfortable, check if the dessert could be  still available but even got a surprise for our anniversary. I haven't seen such customer service in many other places.

Went here for lunch with some coworkers. The staff was professional, attentive, and exceptionally courteous. The branzino was beautifully presented, vibrant with colors, and bursting with an array of different flavors.

Bra Service och vänlig atmosfär även om natten går, det blir sprit så ha det i åtanke. Affärsfolket har varit där sedan happy hour och det märks. 

Maten är genomsnittlig - stora portioner, men så vidare smak. Normala priser för den miljön men lite på spendy sidan. 

Det finns en trevlig storlek bar område där du kan äta middag om du reser ensam - återigen kan du behöva ta itu med en alltför pratsam affärsman. 

Servicen var höjdpunkten.

Fruktansvärt och dyr kulinarisk upplevelse. Intetsägande mat, en dålig imitation av det italienska köket. Jag skulle inte gå tillbaka ens gratis ...

maten är av högsta kvalitet! ja, det är ganska dyrt men du får mycket färsk och smakrik mat. vi hade köttbulle aptitretare i en rik tomatsås och det var gudomligt (även om mycket lite mat för priset. ) paradellen med korv, svamp och tryffel var bra men jag fick inte tillräckligt tryffel smak och jag tyckte faktiskt att rätten borde ha haft mer smak överlag. fusilli med tomat och burrata smakade fantastiskt - lätt men ändå utsökt. pasta var uppenbarligen färska och helt al dente. servitören var bara tillräckligt. rekommenderar definitivt.

En topp - av - raden autentiska italienska restaurang i hjärtat av Times Square. Prova den färska mozzarellan eller pastan. Båda är helt enkelt läckra!

Underbar personal - professionell, vänlig och hjälpsam. Avslappnad atmosfär - vi tillbringade över 2 timmar på middag chatta och njuta av oss själva och det fanns ingen press. Maten var utmärkt - rejäl och smakrik - prova de salta munkarna! Wow! Pasta lagad perfekt, och den bästa glutenfria pastan jag kan minnas. Glutenfritt bröd finns också. Utmärkt negroni - kort, stark och bitter, precis som det ska vara. 
Vi hade en underbar tid och önskar att vi kunde återvända igen!

Hotellbaren är ett bra ställe att besöka och ta drinkar. Restaurangen är OK men jag går inte ofta dit för kocken för ett par år sedan. De satte på erbjudanden varje dag (inte specialpriser - specialrätter) och hade 2 den dagen. Jag bad om en som en förrätt och en som en huvudrätt och kocken vägrade utan någon bra förklaring. Nu går jag bara om jag är inbjuden.

Okej, jag kommer inte att tänka på den ena negativa saken men kommer att nämna det så att jag kan fortsätta med det positiva. . .
Vi visade upp för en 6: 15-reservation och satt i genomfartsvägen men det fanns andra tabeller tillgängliga. När jag frågade om att flytta träffades jag med "åh, det är för ett par som firar ett jubileum" eller liknande ursäkter. Ändå såg jag en annan grupp byta ut ett bord mot ett annat. Jag fick intrycket att det handlade om att inte vara regelbunden. . .

I alla fall. . . maten var fantastisk. . . fisken special och kalvkött lasagne var båda riktigt bra. Salladerna var också, (men jag delade en nästa gång eftersom det var mycket mat.) Vinlistan var bra liksom tjänsten. Men förmodligen den bästa delen av middagen. . . atmosfären. Om du vill ha en speciell middag som är tyst och romantisk, är detta en utmärkt plats. Det fungerade till och med mitt i rummet.

Vi har blivit inbjudna hit för brunch av en lokal släkting och haft maten och den mysiga uppsättningen. Vår servitör Marian var väldigt artig och leende alltid, vilket gav oss en varm vänlig känsla. Vi gillade maten så mycket att vi besökte igen för lunch efter två dagar från det första besöket. Högt rekommenderad.

Mycket bra och trevlig service. Jag har varit på ”mer italienska” restauranger. God pasta och bra viner. Minestronesoppan var märklig och påminde mer om tunn chili con carne utan kött.
