Outstanding representative Tim arrived on time. When he saw my shoes outside of my front door he took off his own. Explained everything in plain English and wouldn’t even take to break to drink some water. What a professional. Highly recommended.  Very knowledgeable.

Tim came to fix my stove that a handyman tried to fix and could not. He was on time, did a great job, and now I have a working stove. The price is a little more than others, but you get what you pay for and they were excellent!

The experience I had with Good Old Appliance Service was good! I find this company to have a lot of integrity! We ran into an issue and they resolved it ASAP! The serviceman (Tim), was a wonderful guy. Very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. And most of he did an excellent job fixing my washer. Thank you Good Old Appliance Service.

Quick diagnosis of the dryer and a fast fix at a reasonable price. Very nice guys and considerate in terms of taking off shoes and cleaning up after the repair. On time and reliable as well!

Vlad was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable! I felt well informed throughout the dishwasher repair process and the price was fair. The scheduling process was streamline (called and someone picked up in a timely manner) – a technician was available the same day and I received alerts when they were on their way which I appreciate.

I know another reviewer mentioned dispatch time was an issue but Vlad arrived at 6pm punctually for a 3-6pm window. Sometimes it’s hard to control if they have a client before that runs overtime so I tend to be more understanding about these things.

Highly recommend.
