Native NYker, and this is one of the worst bagels I've ever had from anywhere. We ordered ww, ww everything, cinnamon raisin, and pumpernickel with a variety of cream cheeses/tofu cream cheese. Dry, tasteless, definitely not fresh, thin bagels. Gross.

Wanting to celebrate Festivus properly, I took the bus to the Second Avenue location. This location is so sparsely adorned, one wonders if it's about to close; you need to look inside to see if it's open. Staff was courteous and helpful. Egg salad on a bagel was $9.90; a half-dozen to go took the bill over $20. The egg salad needed salt. I wouldn't go again.
