DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You dont rent a place so you need to move next year. They raise rent by 10% every year and no I did not get a covid deal. They raise the rent because they can. My rent has been increased by 20+% in 2 years.

The reps are not responsive and one of them even blocked my emails (I know because the emails go through when I email the other rep in the same company). All my emails take about 5 days with 3 followup emails to get a response of "I'll have someone assist you". And that only got slightly better after a water pipe broke in my apartment and they had to fix it. Still, my emails are blocked, and I haven't heard from them for another 5 days. I DO NOT recommend living in the properties they manage. Very poor job done, or rather, no job is done at all

Never live in any of their buildings because they don’t take care the property or maintain it. And when entire family works for the same (their own) company, what could go wrong. Pretty much everyone is incompetent at their job, especially Rosarie. My 10 yrs old daughter can act more mature and intelligent than her. Hopefully she gets what she does to others.

I am used to money automatically coming in to my checking account (e.g. wages, interest, etc.), and then automatically going out, to bills.

About 2 years ago, something went wrong with the cash inflow into my checking account (you can ask my company to explain that), and so there were no funds to autopay the maintenance on my apartment.  The reason why I fell oblivious to the issue was because I was busily involved in exceedingly time consuming contract negotiations, at my place of business Note that  It took Hoffman Management FOUR MONTHS to alert  me of the non-payments.  I was then given one week to straighten out my finances, before the the lawsuits came.  So, it took 4 months for Hoffman to finally alert me to the problem, and a week or so, later for them to file suit against me,  for non-payment of maintenance.   Where was the consideration to give me a reasonable period of time to work out the cash inflow problems?  To end on a better note, our fine Board of Directors had the suit dropped,  and also had all penalties reimbursed to me.

Unresponsive, lazy, and incompetent staff who do the bare minimum to keep their apartments going.  The lack of customer service is astounding.  Do NOT move into any of their buildings.  The positive reviews are false.
