The wait times are long for large groups. Communal seating if you are by yourself or dining as two.
A small bar area while you wait serves appetizers and drinks, an informal setting with standing capacity.

Beer/Drinks: Asahi super dry beer - very good with the chicken!

Appetizers: The Chicken karaage was probably our favorite here. You could also get the karaage rice as a main if you're a fan of the chicken! The shrimp appetizer Ebimayo was yum as well.

Buns: We ordered chicken (karaage), vegetarian (eggplant) and shrimp buns! Would recommend getting these as appetizers - soft buns with flavorful filling.

Rolls: Shrimp tempura roll and the Manhattan vegetarian roll was overpriced for the portion and the taste. 20$ for each was not worth it! Do not recommend.

Ramen: Spicy Miso (veg broth + port broth) are the popular option here with the most toppings. They had a nice spice kick to it but wasn't too spicy. The raw onions in the ramen didn't go well with the other toppings but over all a decent ramen. You could ask for a chili paste (Bakudan), but it's an extra 3$.
Yuzu Shoyu was a fish based broth with an option to get your meat of choice. This broth was very flavorful but it does have a fishy smell and taste to it.
Though the ramen was flavorful, the portions were relatively small and the price tag too high! 29$ for the spicy miso ramen ~ didn't hold its value.

I loveeed the atmosphere of this restaurant! We needed to grab a quick bite before continuing with our day, and I'm so glad this ended up being where we went. The staff was very friendly and kind, the vibe of the place was very calm and inviting, and the table we were sat at was very large and perfect for our group. We mainly ordered apps and there was a wonderful selection for everyone. You can't go wrong with the pork buns, almost all of us ended up getting at least 1! Bathrooms were also very clean and easy to reach in the basement, decorated with pretty displays as well! Overall great find and would love to go again!

Absolutely delicious. Went on a friend's recommendation and it turned out even better than I expected. I was staying nearby and ended up eating there at every opportunity. All the ramens I tried were delicious, but you also absolutely must try the pork bun, it is one of the best things I ever tried. Must visit if you are in NYC.

Detta var min första gång i Ippudo NY för att se om originalet smakade annorlunda än Ippudo Westside. Efter att ha ätit på Westside några dagar senare, fann jag att det var detsamma förutom klockan 13 på en torsdag eftermiddag i oktober, hade jag ingen väntan (med en handfull bord kvar i matsalen) vid Ippudo Westside mot en 15 minut vänta på måndag efter 3 pm vid Ippudo NY. De flesta vill förmodligen prova originalet, så jag antar att din väntan här alltid kommer att bli värre. Ippudo NY verkar också lite mindre för mig, så det kan också bidra till väntetiden.

Jag är inte en ramen connoisseur, men jag älskar ramen och jag har haft min rimliga andel av kryddiga ramen alternativ på några av de bästa betygsatta platserna i SoCal. Jag måste säga att även om Ippudos Karaka-Men (kryddig version av deras ursprungliga Tonkotsu buljong) är dyr för ramen, är det värt det om du besöker NYC. Jag röstar fortfarande den bästa ramen jag någonsin har haft. Jag rekommenderar starkt att få det med Nitamago (softboiled ägg) och extra nudlar. De extra nudlarna kommer att vattna ner din buljong när du lägger till det, så jag rekommenderar starkt att du gör det i slutet (tidigt kommer det att göra en blandning upplevelse) om du fortfarande har extra soppa. Ippudo ger dig bara tillräckligt med nudlar som gör att du behöver mer, så det är ett billigt alternativ ($ 2) för att lägga till mer nudlar i slutet. Jag skulle inte slösa mitt magsutrymme på fläskbullarna, men det är bara jag. Jag tycker ärligt att kinesiska fläskbullar är mycket bättre. Ippudo låter dig inte ta någonting för att gå, så håll det i åtanke. Jag ville inte vara slösig och var tvungen att skjuta ner den sista bullen.

Även om Ippudo lever upp till hype, om du inte är en drinkare och kan döda tiden på en lokal bar, är det mycket värt att äta på antingen en Ippudo på en vardag till lunch för att undvika den vansinniga väntan. (Förra året åt vi på Ippudo Westside på en lördagskväll och väntade 1,5 timmar!)

Lotts av fusk för det här Stället. Bor i Asien i över 20 år var tvungen att försöka. Fläsk Bullar en kycklingvingar var den bästa. Jag kunde äta av griskött bullar dagligen. Den Ramen-inspirerade var bra men vi har haft
bättre i Asien.
Kul snabbt takt ställe rimligt priser och bra service

Åt lunch med en kollega som rekommenderade den plats. Mycket bra ramen-inspirerade, jag tog den Akamaru Moderna och kan rekommendera det. Hade också fläsk hirata bullar och de var också mycket bra. Så om du letar efter en hälsosam och mycket välsmakande lunch kan jag definitivt rekommendera detta ställe.

Det innan jag berättar för er om min vän Jake, jag måste säga er killar om deras ramen-inspirerade. De är fantastiska! Jag kan inte rekommendera en viss ramen-inspirerade, men allt är utmärkt för real. För en ippudo nybörjare, antar jag prova den klassiska ramen-inspirerade första (eller Karaka män om du vill ha lite,) . Hirata bullar är också bra. Deras nitamago är helt ärligt bara bra, inte lika bra som det skulle kunna vara. Frukost lagad enligt önskemål väl, men den smak var inte så speciellt. Jag har ätit bättre pocherade ägg på andra ramen-inspirerade ställen. Oavsett, det här stället är fortfarande starkt rekommenderas starkt.

Enda som skulle kunna vara negativa är det faktum att de är så bra, att det känns en sällsynthet att inte få vänta på en stol (om du kommer som snart de öppet) . Men det är bara ett vittnesmål om hur bra (eller populära gissar jag) de är.

Så ja, Jake Gyllenhaal satt mittemot min vän och jag en gång jag var där. Men vi använde inte störa honom, han verkade inte vara han ville människor att erkänna honom så vi lämnade precis honom ensam och då låta honom njuta av hans ramen-inspirerade med hans vackra kvinnliga vän lol.

Jag var imponerad av Ippudo's NY operation. Servicen var vänlig och mycket professionell. Maten kom inom 10 minuter från att beställa. Portionerna var rimliga - helt och hållet en mycket trevlig, snabb lunch. Jag är vanligtvis skeptisk till ramen-inspirerade kedjor, och föredrog självständiga verksamheter, och Ippudo London har sådär, huvudrätten service, men jag återvänder gärna till den här platsen för en stabil måltid.

kom hit för lunch på en helg med en kompis. Vi fick höra det skulle befinna sig ett halvt timmars väntan och vi väntade nästan exakt 30 minuter. Detta ställe är alltid mycket populära och du kan i allmänhet förväntar sig en ganska bra (men inte orimligt) vänta. Vanligtvis en hög energi publiken här.

Jag beställde den Shiromaru Hakata klassiska som var fantastisk. Jag såg också någon ordning Kirin Ichiban fryst öl så fick prova det själv och blev inte besviken. Skulle rekommendera båda.

Avslutade de måltiden med några grönt te glass vilket var en trevlig detalj.

Mycket populär plats. Den miljön är livliga och vänlig med bra service. Bra utbud av några fantastiska Raman rätter. Hade några bra öl urval (även fryst) för att njuta av i vackra omgivningar. En liten bit av en vänta om du bara pop i, men värt det. Jag kommer att åka tillbaka.
