Don’t understand why this place has such rave reviews. every time I’ve ordered delivery from Kati shop, the food has tasted mediocre at best. The one time I went in person the steak was more rubbery, chewy, and low quality than usual. Though, It wasn’t great to begin with. Service was alright I guess, not super friendly but not bad either. They were out of several sides, so my options were limited. Maybe I’ll come back to try their salmon but it brings up one of my other biggest issues with this place: the pricing. even for the Midtown area it’s extremely expensive! My meal was $17 for the steak + sides. if you’re gonna charge that price, at least have the steak be decent quality and edible. The salmon would’ve costed at least $18-19, which for mid looking salmon is a joke. This place could be good, but they need to lower prices and keep their sides more available. I’m disappointed as it stands. (maybe a lotta reviews are fake idk?)

We finally made it here after trying for the last couple of years (timing just never worked out). The meals are very good and staff I excellent. It was a nice lunch and a chance to get my Thai food fix. I got the chicken with Massaman curry and the cucumber salad with the sweet potatoes. My husband got the coriander steak and green curry with the mashed potatoes and sweet potato. Both were great. I wish I had done the red curry but I was not in the mood for spicy but the sample was good. The massaman curry was on the sweet side but not bad.
Def a different lunch in a city full of good food.

Have eaten here over a dozen times but all take out. The food is delicious, allergen friendly and tastes clean n fresh. The coriander steak and salmon is 🔥 chicken is meh. The wild berry rice is what I always order and you should too. Trust me, skip the white rice if ordering take out. The mushrooms are incredible, sweet potatoes and kale salad are awesome, mashed potatoes is aight. As for the sauces, I prefer the 🥵 Kati signature and it is absolutely 🔥. The milder green curry is good as well. If you are in mood for clean Thai food, this is the place to go.

Fast service and fresh food. Loved all the different flavors. Had jasmine rice, chicken, mushrooms, and slaw. Every item was delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. If I lived here, this would be a weekly meal.

Food was alright but massaman was WAY too sweet. Hence 3 stars. Got lemon grass chicken and massaman. The cucumber side also had sugar in it. Some of the juices in the fridge didn’t have sugar in the ingredients but when we asked about it, they said it had sugar. Ironically there was a sign that said eating too much sugar can lead to type 2 diabetes.
