Lovely service, everyone was very attentive. The food was amazing! Definitely recommend the anticuchos to start. I have previously had the lomo saltado, which was great but this time around i decided to try the pulpo a la parrillada. A must try. Favorite drinks are the pisco sour with chicha & a cold cuzquena beer 🍷🍺

2nd time coming to this restaurant, 1st time coming by myself but certainly not my last time.

Had dinner here last night, and let me say the service, the food, cocktails, atmosphere, everything was a 10/10 our server was Andres he was so kind and attentive. For drinks we tried the Pisco Sour and the Pisco Punch, both equally delicious! For food we had the Lomo Saltado and again, delicious! The meat juicy and flavorful  the fries crispy and the green sauce just the right spice to complement the meal. I highly recommend trying this place!!

I've been to quite a few Peruvian places around the city to try their chicken, and this is definitely one of the tastier ones, although it's also rather pricy. The dark meat parts were quite good; but the white meat was a bit dry. If you pair it with the green sauce though, it's on point.

Service was excellent! I came here late night after a long day and was taken very good care of! The food was good, but amazing for the value as the portion sizes were very generous. This is especially appreciated in an area filled with above-average priced restaurants

Vi hade en sådan fantastisk upplevelse på Kausa. Från det ögonblick vi gick in, kändes utrymmet Välkomnande och livlig. Det som verkligen gjorde Servicen var vår server, Carlos. Han var uppmärksam utan att någonsin vara krävande, snabb med hjälpsamma rekommendationer, och verkligen brydde sig om att vi hade roligt. 

Maten var utmärkt. Varje rätt vi provade var fräsch, smakrik och vackert presenterad. Drycker var också bra, och allt kom ut i rätt takt. 

Service, mat, atmosfär. Allt samlades för en enkel och trevlig kväll. Om du är i Hell’s Kitchen och vill ha en plats där både maten och människorna skiner är Kausa värt det.

Jag letade efter ett ställe att äta och vandrade runt i staden. Jag hamnade här eftersom jag inte hade provat peruansk mat förut. Menyn var intressant och hade en ganska intressant meny. En av de saker jag inte hade hört talas om var kausa, så jag fick en av dessa eftersom stället också kallades detta. Jag tog också ceviche trion och en kvarts kyckling. 
Kausa var intressant, ett lager mos, kött och toppat med ett ägg. Trion var bra så man kunde prova de tre olika köttsorterna. Cevichen var ganska stor och hade olika smaker. Det var för surt för mig så det var inte så njutbart som det kunde ha varit. Jag gillade den peruanska kycklingen. Det slutade med att jag fick en tres leches tårta till efterrätt och det var också trevligt. 
Definitivt ett trevligt ställe för middag. Jag tror inte att jag beställde det jag skulle ha men det var ändå trevligt. Platsen var också ganska upptagen så förmodligen ganska traditionell.
