Fastest service I have ever received! We arrived at 10:45am and there was a few people in line but the workers cleared out the line so quickly. From placing my order, to getting my food, took maybe 2 minutes! Seriously, incredible.

The food is AMAZING! Definitely would be better warmed up, but it was still worth the bus ride over here from Times Square. 10/10. Would recommend. Would eat here again.

Pretty crowded place. Decent amount of options. Remember if you dine in can’t take the bakery option and vice versa so plan ahead before reaching there.
Early booking online is suggestible and watch out for tonnes of people, it’s packed with customers. Pretty big place with multiple locations. Croissant is a must try but we had limited options when we reach there.
They have places where you can stand and eat once purchased in the bakery. Cold coffee wasn’t bad, watch out for kids and small dogs in the crowd because there are high chances for stamping them without your knowledge and feel sorry later. Service is fine not bad after all.
The New Yorkers and traveler’s just love this place.

We reserved a table days in advance and stopped by in person two days before to request a window table for a special brunch with a visiting friend and her 4-year-old daughter. They confirmed the request. However, when we arrived, the hostess was rude, questioning us about who had promised the table. After an uncomfortable exchange, they eventually seated us elsewhere. While the service and food were good, and we enjoy bringing out-of-town guests for the atmosphere, attention to detail seems to be lacking.

Had brunch here and would recommend making a reservation if possible. The bakery line is separate so you can line up if you’re only there for the croissants. We got there before 11am on a Saturday and had no wait but the line did get long by noon.

Food was pretty good. The lemon ricotta pancakes were fluffy and easy to eat. Highly recommend it!

The main reason we went to this restaurant were their famous croissants.
Once we came just to have those and the line was absolutely insane, around the block. There is no way I would be in line like that for food. So we happened to be in the neighborhood early in the morning and decided to have breakfast in the restaurant.
Mind that the bakery is separate and they won’t serve you croissants in the restaurant. So bought them in the bakery and took them to the table.
They are the best croissants in NYC for sure. Very delicate and porous . And chocolate croissants is actually filled with chocolate, not with chocolate whipped cream like everywhere else. Live them . The rest of the food that we ordered were ok. Pricey , yes
