Excellent experience!

This place is all about these amazing warm bowls - hearty stews and comfort food. They've got about 7-8 different pots simmering away, and they mix and match from these to create everything on the menu. What's cool is you can see exactly how they're making your food, and they don't cut corners on the authentic ingredients. The flavors are seriously good. And when they serve it, they layer all these different elements from the various pots into this beautiful presentation. Definitely worth returning!

Organic food in NYC! Gluten-free and plant based 👌 it looked pretty nice, good interior, bright lights.. it wasn't busy on a Friday night. We ordered carrot ginger soup 9/10, pasta bolo 8/10, Tibetan mama 9/10 and a side dish.(I don't remember the name)
Everything looked so fresh and colorful on our plate😍 definitely enjoyed our dinner 🍽 and we were lucky to find this gem right around our hotel in NYC.

This has been my first time visiting but my favorite vegan restaurant of my current trip to New York City. Priya and Wendy were extremely attentive and provided us with delicious options and over the top customer service. Priya helped me with my drinks and dessert selection as well, and it was all delicious and on point. We will certainly be back, and to this location specifically!

Timmy is a wonderful assistant manager! The atmosphere was cozy, with good seating and a patron bathroom. I’m not vegan but was pleasantly surprised by the pasta bolo. It had an interesting crunch added that I enjoyed! The almond milk latte was also good.

Även om maten är bra, tror jag att det kan finnas fler val och ett bättre urval av drycker. 
Platsen är på en bra plats.

Detta är en plats där vegan, gluten - gratis mat finns tillgänglig. Vi kom till Manhattan med lite hopp om att hitta något tillmötesgående. Vi går normalt inte ut på grund av bristen på riktigt veganska menyer. Nyligen antog vi också en glutenfri kost, vilket ytterligare har begränsat våra matalternativ. 

Under våra två - dagsutflykt till New York, vi åt här två gånger, och båda gångerna, det var en tillfredsställande upplevelse. Vissa kan debattera smaken, men det är subjektivt och tar inte bort från vad denna plats verkligen erbjuder. 

Om du är vegan uppmuntrar jag dig att besöka, uppleva det själv och bilda dig en egen uppfattning. Jag tror att många som övergår till en vegansk livsstil har en historia bakom sitt val. Denna plats har sin egen historia, och det är fascinerande.

Mycket trevlig upplevelse. Hjälpsam personal. En hel del mat. Bara en sak att säga. För mitt nästa besök skulle jag välkomna ordentliga stolar med ryggar. Pallarna var lite obekväma a. Lite obekvämt om man säger med ryggen mot dörren. Annars en härlig upplevelse.

Le Botaniste är en riktigt trevlig vänlig wholefood café som serverar en mängd olika vegetariska och veganska rätter, så perfekt för oss på vår senaste resa till New York (som vi verkligen kämpade för att hitta vegetariska ställen som inte var high end) . 

Personalen är verkligen vänlig, och atmosfären och inredningen i stället är riktigt cool. Vi hade turen att få några platser och serverades ganska snabbt (men var tvungen att påminna servern om våra drycker). 

Vi beställde ett par Chili Sin Carnes och en grönsakstagine. Även om maten var ganska god, och diskade upp fint och snabbt, tror jag att maten kunde ha gjort med att vara mycket varmare temperatur - klokt (båda rätterna var ljumna) . Det är en av de saker som skulle vara så enkel att lösa och skulle göra detta till en 5-stjärnig recension istället för 4 . Men i alla andra avseenden kryssar Le Botaniste i alla de rätta rutorna för grönsaker eller veganer som kämpar för att hitta bra mat i NY.

Denna gömda pärla räddade livet på min vegetarian under New York-resan. Köket är helt växtbaserat, veganer kommer att älska det, och maten är så läcker att uppriktigt sagt alla andra kommer att älska det också. Det finns gott om alternativ att välja mellan, plus ett bra urval av viner. Jag gick runt Bryant Park, och trots andra platser med uteservering - ingen av dem hade en bättre meny. Le Botaniste är avslappnad och opretentiös, personalen är super vänlig och servicen är utmärkt. Rekommenderas starkt.
