Had a really great experience here! The staff was super friendly and made great suggestions. The lamb was so delicious! Cooked perfectly and melts in your mouth. The food is organic with nothing fried or use of butter. Although the food was delicious, I could not fully give this place 5 stars because it just lacked full flavor. The food tasted very simple and very lightly seasoned, if at all. It was also pretty expensive which I understand because of the location, the services the dining space and so on. However, as someone who comes from ethnic background where things like flavor and spice are such a huge part of my culture, my taste buds left wanting something more so take my review with a much needed grain of salt. On the flip side, if you’re someone looking for food made simply but done extremely well with a more upscale atmosphere and impeccable service, you have to try this place! I’m not very familiar with Greek food so I can not say how authentic this is but based on Maria, (the owner) story, background and how some of the ingredients are directly flown in from Greece, I do believe it is. If you got the money, want to have a cool experience and love Greek food, I would highly recommend!

Had an amazing evening here. Everything was better than perfection.  Service was excellent and the food was outstanding.  Maria Lou know how to create a fabulous meal and everything is cooked with the health conscience in mind.  If you like Octopus… the appetizer was tender and one of the best.

Thomas and Nicole welcomed us at the door as family! The entire evening continued in the same vein. Adon walked us through the menu and we chose the Branzino for 2 (of course). Melt in the mouth!
They all surprised us with a special dessert for my husband’s birthday. The perfect evening!

We got there after seeing good reviews in google.
Maria Loi, the owner and the chef, set us down with welcome hands and Alex, her right hand, was sooo nice .
The food was Amazing! We started with delicious grape leaves and 2 bawls of goddess soups.
The main course was the most delicious, fresh Branzino fish we ever had.
Because we weren’t sure if we want to order the chicken as well, Maria sent us the chicken on the house and it was so soft and tasty.
The last course was the desserts. OMG we tried one of each and each one was better than the other.

In my opinion it’s a must go restaurant.

Man skulle vara svårt att hitta en vänligare personal på en annan restaurang. Från greeter till servitören till kocken alla var super vänliga och effektiva. Maten var mycket bra. Jag gillade särskilt räkpastan och brödet. Den enda nackdelen är att detta är en dyr restaurang även jämfört med andra restauranger i NYC.

Om du är ett fan av grekisk mat så är detta platsen för dig. IT är inte bara enkelt utan supergoda och autentiska rätter vackert kryddade och smaksatta. Jag skulle definitivt återvända.

En familjeägd och driven grekisk restaurang som är stolt över hälsosamma råvaror, tillagningsmetoder och de resulterande måltiderna. Lokalen är rymlig och bekväm. Servicen är vänlig och uppmärksam. Menyn är omfattande och varierad. Jag gillade hur många vinval som fanns vid glaset. Vi hade mycket goda måltider och kände sig avslappnad dela en måltid med besökande vänner.

Vi hade en underbar middag upplevelse på Estiatorio Loi med min fru! Kocken Loi och partner Alekos var verkligen mycket vänlig! Från det ögonblick vi promenerade in vi var hälsade och välkomnade varmt! 

Maten var verkligen sensationell. vi började med rödbetssalladen och kronärtskockorna. kronärtskockorna påminde mig om min mammas matlagning. Fylld med smak och minnen från min barndom! pasta med räkor smakade så färskt som man åt på en ö i Grekland direkt efter stranden. det fanns gratis dessert inklusive grekisk yoghurt med honung, choklad och valnötspaj. Slutligen var vinutbudet mycket inkluderande grekiska viner från alla regioner i Grekland. 

Kocken Loi och Alekos var de bästa värdarna. vi kände oss som hemma och kommer att vara säker på att besöka den igen. Denna restaurang är en av de få restauranger i staden som har det hem som miljö och hemlagad mat. Det rekommenderas varmt av oss.

Bästa grekiska maten jag någonsin har ätit i New York City. Det känns som om jag är i Grekland. Gästfriheten och kvaliteten på service och mat var fantastisk. Alex, ägaren var så vänliga och gästvänliga, se till att alla njuter av sin vistelse och sin måltid.

Loi är en stor medelhavsrestaurang i midtown. Atmosfären är lugn, pittoresk och inbjudande. Personalen är uppmärksam och välkomnande allt samtidigt som man tar hand om kundernas behov. Vi hade pre-fixe lunchmeny som erbjuder en mängd olika alternativ med stora portionsstorlekar till ett bra pris. Servitrisen var härlig att erbjuda sina förslag men aldrig besvära oss eller rusa genom måltiden. De har en komplett bar och en bra vinmeny med grekiska viner. Ett underbart restaurangalternativ.

Hälsosam grekisk mat kommer definitivt att gå tillbaka. Nicola var mycket uppmärksam och gav oss hela skopan av restaurangen och hur Loi driver restaurangen med goda hälsosamma ingredienser inga smörrätter tillagade med ren grekisk olivolja och inga socker desserter gjorda med honung. Vi älskade det och kommer definitivt att gå tillbaka.

Alla var så inbjudande, det var som att äta hemma hos en vän. Maten var generös och utsökt. Man såg att allt var hemlagat. De gör också en “Loi - tini” med ett stänk av feta saltlake! Det var bra.

Bokade bord för juldagen , efter att ha läst bra recensioner . Vi beställde halloumi förrätt som bokstavligen var tunna remsor av halloumi med en droppe honung ( 1 förrätt mellan 2 ) till huvudrätt vi hade den grekiska lamm & potatis. Jag älskar verkligen grekisk mat & lammet kom & det var tuggigt & intetsägande , satt i nästan en hink olja . Vi hade ett glas vin var och vatten. Vi fick inaktuella pitta med Hummus ( vi bad inte om detta ) . Kocken/ägaren kom ut & verkade inte glad, vi visste inte vem hon var. Vi fick en liten mousseliknande grej på huset , efter avslutad måltid . Vi förväntade oss att betala runt $ 120 ( runt £ 100 ) eftersom det var juldagen men när räkningen kom på $ 224 . 28 (£ 180 ) vi var helt gob smacked .
