Was able to get a lunch res for large group on the day of. Food arrived promptly after ordering and very nicely plated. While there are many vegetarian options, the vegetarian friendly dishes that we tried were all very standard (flavors mostly salty and sweet) and not memorable. Meat/Seafood eating folks in our party enjoyed most dishes and said everything tasted very fresh. As a vegetarian I would probably pass on this restaurant. We've dined at Nobu 57 at least a half dozen times over the years. Today was the first time having a meal in the first floor bar area, which was a great experience. The sushi was great as usual, and the service at the bar was fantastic. Couldn't recommend this establishment highly enough!

A great experience at Nobu on fifty seven. The food was so delicious and the attention to service was great, even with the restaurant being packed. Make sure you get reservations, especially during high seasons.

The tasty food and experience makes the food worth every penny. It's a great restaurant for diners who are also looking for vegan options. The service is exceptional, clearing side plates and putting down new cutlery.

The wagyu dumplings were very good. They also had truffle mushroom seared in a pan with truffle glazed sauce. The edamame had a spicy kick to them which was great.

Highly recommend this place.

We had an outstanding dining experience! Sam was an exceptional server, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the evening. The food was absolutely exceptional, with every dish exceeding our expectations. We were also impressed by the diverse sake selection, which perfectly complemented our meal. The atmosphere was unparalleled, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable night. We will definitely be returning soon!

Nobu 27 delivered an incredible dining experience! Our server, Danny, was attentive, energetic, and gave fantastic recommendations that elevated our meal. The Espresso Martini with tequila was a unique and delicious twist, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the Uni.

The Chilean Sea Bass was cooked to perfection, and the Ribeye, with its bold Yuzu flavors, was unforgettable. We also explored the sake selection, which was outstanding—progressing beautifully from light to full-bodied.

To top it all off, the donuts were an absolute must-try—soft, flavorful, and downright addictive.

The service at Nobu was excellent—our waiter and the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel well taken care of. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the same standard; it was mediocre and lacked any standout dishes. The seating was just okay, nothing special. Overall, it was an average experience that didn’t quite meet expectations.
