This On store is in a nice location with the latest On products. The staff is super helpful and overall it was a nice experience. They could improve by providing restrooms (there are none) and more areas to sit and try on shoes (many tourists and shoppers made it so busy). They also don’t have many sizes of their products which can make shopping frustrating.

It's alright its crowded but the staff have attitude. They look stressed out, don't smile, and one of them was not familiar on whay shoes came in wide or not. She only said that she didn't carry any shoes that came in wide at the store and that some shoes might come in wide online but she was not sure which models those were. When your store expects a lot of customers, it is important to have basic knowledge of the product (memorize some of the basic stuff) so that there is less stress when it's crowded. Either way, overall, at least three people flat out ignored me or walked passed me while I held a shoe over my head for 15 seconds. This is not a fun or enjoyable experience

I had a fantastic experience at On Store NYC Lafayette! Shah was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through their amazing selection with patience and expertise. The store has a great atmosphere and top-notch products. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Shah – you won't be disappointed!

Eloisa was very helpful! She made this whole experience at the store very pleasant. The store is super busy but I was given the attention that was necessary for me to make the best purchase for me. I love my Cloudmonsters! They’re so comfortable and feel no pain at the end of my runs. 💕🎀
