I can’t speak more about the service and quality at the Park Hyatt. The staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and thoughtful. Particularly Amanda at the bar who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Roberto with room service pulled out all the stops to make sure our group was taken care of while we were celebrating a big weekend. Thank you both for the love that was shown throughout our entire stay. Don’t pass up on staying here!

We are Globalists and came to NYC to attend our daughter's performance at Carnegie Hall. This hotel is perfectly positioned across the street and close to many subway lines and Central Park. PHNY has been a bucket list hotel for a long time!

We were upgraded to a one bedroom city view suite - ours didn't have a separate living room, but it was spacious which was so helpful because we had friends come in for a play date and we had 5 people over post-show for some snacks. The soaking tub fit was great and I think the rain shower changed my husband's life.

My 5.5 yo was obsessed with the pool. It was always empty when we went. I loved the steam room and really wished I could've used the gym. We stay in a lot of nice hotels and this was the best.

Globalists get free parking (amazing value because it's $90 per night) and we got our friends to use this benefit since we didn't have a car. We also get free breakfast at the restaurant or in-room. The latter was so helpful on the last day so we could eat and pack at the same time. The service was great - from the staff at the restaurant to housekeeping.

First time at the Park Hyatt in NYC, and wow what a truly incredible hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic, and welcoming. They go above, and beyond to make sure you’re cared for in any way needed. The rooms are extremely nice, and filled with lots of tech. Our suite did have some wear, and tear but the team provided a solution that was satisfactory. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to NYC, and seeking luxurious accommodations, while being at an incredible location!

My favorite hotel in Manhattan. Amazing staff and fantastic rooms. The suite is spacious and modernly decorated. Le Labo toiletries are very nice and the service is excellent.

Highly recommend a stay in one of their suites. I stayed around Christmas time & had a wonderful experience. Kudos

The Living Room, Park Hyatt NYC

Fantastisk mat och tjänsten var oklanderlig. Värdinnan marylyn var mycket varm. Kändes som hemma. Mycket bra frukostmeny.

Från det ögonblick vi anlände hade vi en härlig tid. Platsen för detta hotell är supurb och vi hade inga problem att komma dit vi behövde för att vara snabbt. Tjänsten var fantastisk och vi kommer att stanna där igen. Vardagsrummet var några av de bästa maten vi hade.

Baren har en fantastisk utsikt, med Carnegie Hall och den ryska tesalen tvärs över gatan. Men det är barstjänsten som är ett riktigt sticker ut. Alex är en bra bartender och kom ihåg oss från vår resa 9 månader innan! Vår flygning var sen och vi hade bara 30 minuter att äta något innan vår show. Han fick oss alla inrättade med en härlig charcuterie-bräda för två och fantastiska drycker. Vi var ut genom dörren med 5 minuter att spara.

Vi åt frukost på restaurangen nästa morgon, men även om stolarna vi satt i var enorma, hade de inget stöd i ryggen och var verkligen svåra att flytta för att komma tillräckligt nära bordet. Sittplatserna kan varieras i det lilla restaurangområdet, med vissa områden som är mer inrättade som soffor och soffbord och andra områden mer traditionella. Var inte säker på hur det gick för de människor som försökte äta från soffbordet. Det såg lite besvärligt ut för mig. Jag antar att de försökte framkalla konceptet "vardagsrumsinställning". Det är kanske därför de flesta äter i matsalen.
Maten var bra men dyr. Välkommen till NYC.

P. S. Hotellet är immaculate med förstklassiga hushållningstjänster. Platsen kan inte slå. Du kan gå till Times Square och Lincoln Center, om du ger dig själv ett par extra minuter.

Jag äter en vacker middag i maj, kärlkammade kammusslorna var super enastående, så jag återkom två gånger till för att prova, men helt besviken, jag bestämde mig för att prova en gång till i augusti, trodde till och med att jag gav detaljerad information om hur man lagar detta skålen rätt, men tror inte att de verkligen uppmärksammar, så skålen kom ut chocka mig, det värsta jag någonsin har sett i stora Apple, sedan skickade det tillbaka till köket för att koka, mer hemskt när det ut igen, se bild nedan, om du betalar en huvudrätt $ 37 så här, ville du gråta myr, inga tarmar att komma tillbaka igen!
Det finns många bra alternativ i det stora Apple, glöm inte! Hoppas att chefen verkligen lyssnar på vad kunden behöver, det här är ett bra sätt att driva affärer, tack!

Vardagsrummet på andra våningen i Park Hyatt är utformat för att efterlikna bostadskänslan i en NYC-lägenhet. Inredningen är välkomnande, personalen är uppmärksam och mat och dryck är på plats. Det enda som saknas är vyn. Byggnadens övre våningar är uteslutande lyxiga bostadslägenheter uppskattade till $ 100 M. Park Hyatt upptar endast de första 25 våningarna, och vardagsrummet ligger på tredje våningen med utsikt över 57: e gatan, det ryska teet Rum och Carnegie Hall.

Bra urval av mat till frukost. Det är dock inte konsekvent. En dag hade min hash browns sidopost 2 skivor och båda var fuktiga. Nästa dag kom det med 3 skivor och alla var perfekt krispiga!
Bra ställe för drinkar före och efter middagen.
Tjänsten var variabel och jag var tvungen att be om att mitt mousserande vatten skulle fyllas upp ($ 7).
Utmärkt hummer omelett och kväll bartendern var mycket bra.
Min japanska frukost lax var overcooked.
