This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked because of the good reviews and glad I did! This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone was so kind, and I’m from the south so that says a lot! You’re close enough to Times Square to walk, but far enough away that you’re able to get some rest. Rooms are small, but it’s NYC. The cleanliness and hospitality made up for the size:

I had a FANTASTIC experience here. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were inviting, friendly, and welcoming. The room itself was in great condition. I added the birthday surprise for my husband, and they had it all set up prior to check in. It was better than I expected, with a piece of cake and Prosecco waiting for us! The entire stay was great, but a great surprise was the service after check out, allowing us to store or bags with them behind the front desk so we could do more exploring, instead of going back to the car. That saved us SO MUCH hassle we were preparing for. The location was perfect, as we stayed within a ten block radius of everywhere we planned on going. Broadway play, Times Square, Empire State Building. I researched many hotels, and for the accommodations, size of room, and location this was the best value. I am SO happy with my choice!!!
