Awesome little beer bar with great staff and selection. The tap list includes 20 beers wonderfully curated to cover a broad range of styles and tastes, but definitely leans toward the unique, hard-to-find, specialty end of craft beer. It's the first place I've ever seen Black Tuesday and couldn't pass it up.

If you love craft beer, a chill vibe, AND the east village, then you'll love Proletariat!

It's a very spacious place that provides a beer menu on the wall right when you walk in.

They have seating but no wait staff so you'll have to order your drinks at the bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable and very friendly!

If you want to have a nice conversation at a place that isn't too loud while enjoying a variety of beer, then I highly recommend Proletariat. I'll definitely return. 🍺

Jag älskar sours så det här är en bra hitta. Mycket litet och avskilt utrymme, men häftigt om du kan få en plats.

Jag kollade på google innan jag kom och såg att de stängde vid midnatt. Så kom jag för att kolla öl. Men jag var lite besviken över att gå in vid 11: 10 och få veta "sista samtalet". Och jag såg några personer försöker få en öl klockan 11.20 och bli nedtryckta.

Hej ledningen ändrar informationen på google, eller säg åtminstone att den stänger vid midnatt men sista samtalet är vid elva. . .

Älskade den här platsen på Lower East Side. Smala bar, stolar eller rum att stå upp. Personalen är mycket kunnig och kan hjälpa till med drink urval; alla deras rekommendationer var utmärkt. Menyn ändras dagligen. Väl värt ett besök för öl/cider älskare att prova nya och ovanliga ölsorter.

Denna bar erbjuder ett fantastiskt utbud av öl, men det bara erbjuder öl, så förvänta dig inte att ta en cocktail. Corey, bartendern, var hjälpsam med att förklara de olika ölsorter som erbjuds där så jag beställde en öl och osten dopp serveras med matzos som går långt med öl. Den dopp var smidig och krämig, och fräscha. Baren är litet och mysigt och passar rätt med det andra barer i East Village. Allt som allt, en fantastisk liten bar som jag planerar att åka tillbaka till nästa gång jag är i New York.

En elegant hål i väggen med stor roll fatöl serveras av en kunnig personal. lär mig något nytt varje gång jag åker.

Vi bara hade lite tid att döda i området och stannade till för att ta en drink.

Vad en sval plats! Först och främst - de trevligaste bartendrarna någonsin. Super vänliga och cool.

Fantastiskt hantverk öl anordnas av smak profiler, och om du inte vet vad du vill, killarna var mer än gärna hjälper till.

Riktigt cool plats för personer som vill ha en drink utan svek eller attityd. Mitt enda klagomål ... den hårda kärnan rap musiken var lite mycket. Men hallå, det är bara min smak. Publiken förmodligen gillade det. Jag tror att stämningen skulle ha ringt mer för klassisk Rock .... men vet du vad? Sin plats, öl val, deras musik. Och det är vad är coolt om det här stället. Det är som om de är inbjudande dig till sitt utrymme.

Stannade till här tillbaka i juli för vissa roller brygger med några vänner. Urvalet var mycket bra och jag hade inte hört talas om en hel del av dessa (och jag är ett stort öl fläkt).  Servicen var också bra och jag kan säga att de vet verkligen sina grejer här. Inredningen är lite udda och du får verkligen ett sovjetiskt känner när du är här (särskilt i badrummet), men det är en cool plats och jag skulle rekommendera det.

Min fru och jag stannade till här efter en lång dag fotbollsupplevelsen runt NYC. Bartendern, Thomas, var mycket vänlig och kunnig om öl. Mellan honom öl och musiken, vi slösade bort 3 timmar bort i baren och helt vallar om middag. Jag skulle starkt rekommendera denna plats och kommer att komma tillbaka nästa gång vi är i staden.
