We had a wonderful birthday dinner for our daughter at Reserve Cut Broad St recently. The food was delicious, as always, and we really enjoyed the evening. Thank you for making it special!

This place is big, and basically gives off a fancy, classic steakhouse vibe. The service was overall pretty good, except I felt like the servers could be trained to be more friendly and professional. One server came by to give what turned out to be an incomplete list of the special menu items. Another server overall seemed like he didn't want to be there.

The food was good, but the temperature was medium on the ribeye when we asked for medium rare. Not a huge deal; I actually think ribeye should be at medium, given its high fat content, but still a technical error from the kitchen staff. The sides we got, fries and broccolini, were excellent.

Overall, we enjoyed the meal. Would come back!

This place is an amazing kosher steakhouse along with great appetizers. I wasn’t expecting chopsticks, so that’s a star already. We had a private event in a room and the atmosphere, food and service was amazing. I definitely recommend coming here if you need to find a kosher restaurant.

Wagyu steak was delicious… Mushroom soup was definitely full of flavor. We had our Valentine’s day dinner here. We were so full, couldn’t even think about dessert 😅

Food and atmosphere are excellent, but value is questionable. $226 for the olive wagyu NY strip that's basically a Denver steak? Not worth it.

Jag var faktiskt på Midtown plats vid 56th och Park. Platsen var fantastisk. Atmosfären var fantastisk. Maten var fantastisk. Var där för en familjemiddag samt ett företag en annan gång. Det var fantastiskt.

Vi tog Wagyubiffen och en 60 dagar gammal cowboybiff. Köttet var överkokt, tuggigt och vattnigt. Servicen var trevlig (lite overbearing ) men maten är mycket låg kvalitet trots att det är mycket dyrt. Vi lämnade hungriga och besvikna. Vilket slöseri...

Maten var över toppen. Sötsakerna var några av de bästa jag någonsin har haft och kalvkotlet med benmärg skulle dö för. Det mest imponerande med vår erfarenhet var hur kunnig vår server handlade om maten. Vallaria var en av de bästa servrarna som jag någonsin har haft. Det är mycket dyrt men väl värt det. Om jag fortfarande ägde en restaurang skulle jag försöka stjäla Vallaria! Tack för en fantastisk matupplevelse.

Åkte dit för ett affärsmöte. Hade en fantastisk upplevelse runt omkring. Platsen är vacker. Servitörerna förtjänar alla att ropa för ett väl utfört jobb. Maten var ur denna värld.

Med tanke på att människor har gnällt om reserven i flera år visste jag att jag behövde prova det och åkte dit nyligen för middag med min fru. Platsen var oerhört trångt, och trots att vi hade en reservation måste vi fortfarande vänta tjugo minuter efter ankomst. Sittplatserna var så trånga där varje gång du gick upp för att gå någonstans du måste undvika människor och servitörer. Temperaturen i matplatsen var något varmare än jag skulle ha velat. Allt detta gjorde att jag var mycket redo att kritisera denna plats. Då kom maten upp.

Reserve Cut serverar sådana fantastiska rätter, med en så härlig blandning av smaker, proteiner, vacker presentation och fantastiska cocktails att följa med, att du inte kan älska att åka dit.

Vi delade fem aptitretare: Blue Fin Tuna tartare, de krispiga kalvköttsötkakorna, äppelvedet rökt Wagyu steak tartare, Wagyu korta revben ångade bullar och den Texas stil baby back ribben. Vi delade också en huvudsaklig, racket med lamm. Vi fick tre cocktails: persikor och grädde, Esfera och Louizas Martini, som alla var bra, vår favorit var Esfera som är kyld med en stor isboll gjord av hibiscus smaksatt tequila, enkel sirap och färsk limesaft. . .

Vi gillade varje maträtt, stängde våra ögon och låt smakerna uttrycka sig, och det var väl värt det, eftersom Reserve Cut serverar komplexa smaker som helt kommer att gå förlorade på de som bara kastar tillbaka mat. Jag är glad att jag inte bor någonstans nära Reserve Cut eftersom jag skulle hata mig själv om jag bodde i närheten och åt det så ofta att jag slutade uppskatta matens godhet. Reserve Cut är en sällsynt godbit och åtnjuts bäst när den behandlas som sådan!

Kom hit till lunch med stora hopp om restaurangveckan och jag blev mycket besviken. Personalen var uppmärksam & snäll men jag var inte nöjd med min potatis vitlöksoppa och filet.

Var värd för lunch av mina advokater; Fancy stor plats där bankirer, advokater tar sina kunder till; beläget i centrala Manhattan - en del av staden som fortfarande behåller den gamla skolmäklare staden, kände vägggatan advokat känsla - inte långt från Pike Street - scener frånGangsters of New York spelade ut. Hade soppsoppa, japansk biffskärning. Bra mat men inte typ av plats du skulle gå för en avslappnad måltid.

Denna plats är absurt överdriven med medioker kvalitet. Inte värt det är en underdrift. Om maten var extraordinär kanske den obscena prislappen skulle ha varit berättigad men om du tar bort alla fluffen slutar du med genomsnittlig mat - i bästa fall

Bor i Boston och försöker hålla kosher får vi aldrig chansen att äta på en topp steakhouse. Vi åkte nyligen till New York och vi försökte göra en reservation.

Reserve Cut var en fantastisk upplevelse från den tid vi satt ner tills vi lämnade på kvällen. Jag skulle säga att de rivaliserar inte ens Kosher Steakhouses för kvalitet och smak av maten de tjänar.

Vår dessert var deras choklad 10 sätt som om du är en chokladälskare måste du spara plats för.

Totalt sett bara en bra natt som får mig att önska att vi hade något liknande det i Boston.
