Meris and I had an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, Jim Schmiedl the Assoc. Hospitality Leader made us feel genuinely welcome. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and their professionalism, warm and efficiency went above and beyond. His service was exceptional attentive and consistent. Wow! I had the best first impression of the RH rooftop. My two friends are regulars and we had the best lunch. I couldn’t decide between the lobster roll and shrimp salad so Abby made sure I had it all :) plus cookies. Go for the chopped chicken salad too. She was so sweet and attentive. The rooftop is gorgeous and it’s so worth the trip because the staff is incredible and the food is delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Came here for dinner and would recommend getting reservations beforehand. It’s an interesting setup with this restaurant above their furniture store. The space is stunning. I’d say the experience is more for the atmosphere than the food. The food isn’t bad and the dessert was good.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant.  I recommend going for an early dinner, especially a sunset dinner, as it gets very busy later in the evening.  The food was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere and service were both outstanding.  Whether you're visiting or a local, I highly recommend this restaurant.  Afterwards, take some time to explore the nearby RH Furniture store; each floor has a unique vibe and style.

Omg absolutely amazing. As nice and delicious as the San Francisco RH. Our server Dyonne made everything so much more special. Kudos to RH for hiring such great people.

The host, the woman could be nicer. She had a lot of attitude and wasn't friendly at all.

But everyone else was amazing and my husband and I were celebrating a work trip and it was perfect.

The drinks the food the coffee the dessert everything was amazing♥️ literally no words like the crème brûlée

Tyvärr dålig mat. En sallad som var smaklös och en hamburgare med ett slappt salladsblad vid sidan av. Salladen påminde om något man kanske fick på 70- eller 80-talet och inte på ett bra sätt. Platsen är trevlig och ljus men maten var ganska hemskt.

Vi hade en fantastisk tid på RH Rooftop restaurang. Vi serverades av en fantastisk servitör som berättade allt om rätterna och vad de bästa valen var. Under vår middag såg Kyle, biträdande ledare, till att vi var bekväma och stängde fönstret eftersom vi kände oss lite frusna. Tyvärr hade vi några problem med vårt kort men Kyle såg till att hantera problemet och var mycket vänlig! Jag hade en otrolig matupplevelse på RH i Meatpacking, New York. Atmosfären var helt fantastisk, och maten var utsökt från början till slut. Servicen var toppen - notch, särskilt vår servitris, Isabelle, som var otroligt uppmärksam, vänlig, och såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde. Rekommenderar denna plats för alla som letar efter en fantastisk matupplevelse!

Restaurangen ligger på 4:e våningen i RH-butiken. Även om det är ett hustak är det slutet och har fläktar eller ac. 
Den är dekorerad med massor av växter och ljuskronor. Mycket söt. Maten var bra även om lite för dyrt. Den Franska dip sandwich och hamburgare riktigt bra. 
Vi var tvungna att vänta i ca 15 minuter trots att vi hade en reservation.

Vacker takmiljö med fantastisk utsikt som gör hela upplevelsen speciell. Atmosfären var livlig men ändå avslappnad, och personalen var uppmärksam utan att vara overbearing. Hela atmosfären var hisnande. 

Maten var smakrik och väl - presenterade, men lite på den dyrare sidan. Perfekt plats för en utekväll eller ett speciellt tillfälle

En super cool plats , maten var trevlig , vin lite långsam att levereras till vårt bord ( vi hade redan våra förrätter ) . Vår server Patrick var inte alltför vänlig, samlade sin 22 % dricks från vårt bord och aldrig ens tittat eller talade med oss - en liten bekräftelse skulle ha varit bra .

Vi har haft några underbara måltider och tider på RH Rooftop Restaurant under de senaste åren. Igår kväll bjöd vi några vänner på middag som var på besök från Europa då vi alltid har njutit av att besöka denna restaurang. Maten var fortfarande bra - bara deras priser hade ökat - som alla andra ställen. Men vi var besvikna på kvaliteten på Servicen. Det var nästan amatörmässig - som inte borde vara på en restaurang av denna kaliber. Servitörerna var så polerade som de borde vara - de grundläggande delarna av professionell Service saknades - hoppas jag - om vi återvänder till att denna fråga förbättras.

Middag på RH Rooftop Restaurant är en oförglömlig upplevelse som mästerligt blandar elegans med modern chic. På taket omsluts du av en atmosfär av sofistikerad atmosfär. Jag tänkte att jag skulle skriva ut lite mer sammanhang för varför jag tror att början var ganska oproffsigt. Jag var på väg för en morsdagsbrunch, och var den första som var klar och i tid. Jag var inte ens i tid jag var 15 minuter för tidig. Resten av mitt sällskap var det inte. Så jag förstår, att låta mig vänta på resten av min fest. Resten av sällskapet anlände inom den 15 minuter långa respitperioden, men efter att hela mitt sällskap anlände hade vi ungefär en 20 minuters period som bara väntade. Där vi bara satt trots att jag gjorde denna reservation två månader i förväg. Jag var förvirrad över varför de inte skulle sätta oss. 

Så min slutsats var att eftersom några av mina partimedlemmar var sena hade de gett oss vårt bord och nu behövde vänta på ett nytt. Jag hade nu väntat i 50 minuter. Men jag hade fel. När jag till slut satte mig, efter Många klagomål, verkade det som om sju eller åtta bord var helt tomma. Allt för samma storlek som min fest var. Så varför satt vi inte och var det en lång kö längst fram allt för personer med Bokningar? 

Tecknad av min upplevelse var fantastisk. Maten var oklanderlig. Vår servitör var otroligt och de var så trevliga och vänliga, och jag kunde inte rekommendera detta mer. Jag vill komma tillbaka för bordsservering och maten i sig, men jag är fortfarande ganska upprörd över den inledande erfarenheten.

Vacker utsikt utanför, god mat, men de serverar bara öl och vin, och utbudet är begränsat. Läget är fantastiskt!

Idag var min första brunch @ RH Rooftop restaurant @ NYC och jag längtar tillbaka!

Skriver detta omdöme efter att ha upplevt några fantastiska restauranger under en veckas semester i NYC med vänner. Detta stod ut som den enda besvikelsen och pojke var det en stor en. Det handlar om så dålig service, attityd och flexibilitet att vi var tvungna att lämna innan vi ens började. Den här restaurangen speglar inte gruppen och kommer ingenstans om inte saker förändras dramatiskt i ledningen. Ledsen att behöva ge någon som läser en så dålig recension men jag vill inte att du ska bli lika besviken.

I stadsdelen Chelsea Market finns det några otroliga alternativ för söndagsbrunch. En av dem ligger högst upp på RH, en butik där vi förmodligen har spenderat alldeles för mycket pengar. Det är en femte våningens tak som inte är hög, men erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt i denna del av staden. Det är fullt upp. Låt oss börja där. Räkna med en väntan - vilket är väntat. Det här är trots allt NYC, en plats där folk väntar i timmar i regnet på en bit pizza. Det som förbryllar mig med RH är att det inte finns någon väntelista. Det vore smart att låta folk skriva in sitt namn och sedan bläddra i butiken. Använd ett personsökarsystem som andra restauranger gör. Men det är inte ett alternativ. Så du kommer att vänta precis framför värdinnan monter för upp till en timme på hektiska tider. Det vore också bättre om den unge mannen som driver värdinneståndet var mindre stereotyp i sin attityd. Att besöka en restaurang borde inte vara ett besvär. Beskyddare bör hälsas av en glad, entusiastisk representant för verksamheten snarare än en hipp, grubblande karaktär som verkar irriterad av närvaron av kunder. När du passerar rubicon, men resten är en fröjd. Maten är välgjord och inte galet dyr. RH har curerat en fin vinlista för en söndagsbrunch. Vin och Champaign. Inte andar. Om du vill ha en Margarita eller skruvmejsel, är detta inte det stället. Äggen och omeletterna är utsökta. Och för någon som vill ha handhållna eller en biff, kommer RH igenom. Sallader är stora och det finns gott om sidor. Prova Avocado Smash, en trevlig version av avokado toast som delas med den franska omeletten och en Mimosa. Hoppa slutligen över hissen och ta trapporna hem. Det är värt att se den nära museum kvalitet inredning i detta enorma utrymme. Vem vet? Ditt hem kan bara vara en påminnelse om en härlig dag i Chelsea.
