Stayed at the hotel for a long weekend.  Place has a cute hipster vibe.  The staff was outstanding. The room was well appointed.  The location was steps away from Times Square, yet far enough away so the noise isn’t a factor.  Full continental breakfast was included.  Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant which was also outstanding. Will definitely book next time.

The location was hard to find parking. There is paid parking nearby, but as expected in NYC, it's pricey. The block that this hotel is on is surrounded by a lot of cool places to grab food and dessert. For the price of this hotel, it was very reasonable. The room was very comfortable, and the set up was adorable! Came here to stay the night with my boyfriend, celebrating his birthday. Breakfast was kind of lame, but it's better than nothing. They provide toast, store bought bagels, and Frosted Flakes. Overall, decent hotel experience. I would stay here again if I'm visiting NYC.

This hotel is fantastic! It is the perfect location. A quick walk to Bryant park, Rockefeller, today show, etc. Every employee I met really went above and beyond for any question I had. Like googling things on their own phones to find me yogurt at 10pm. Especially the bellman!  Rooms see cute and spacious for NYC. I stayed with my Elementary aged daughter and everyone was great with her. The lobby is nice but still very cozy. Would love to stay with my husband one day.

Did an overnight stay here. It’s a passable hotel if you just need a bed that is centrally located . Stayed in the superior room king bed and the size of the room is typical for New York.

Although to say it’s a 4-star hotel is hard to recommend with confidence. Our toilet did not work when we checked in and needed a fix which makes it difficult to believe the  more positive reviews we saw prior to booking. We told the front staff about the situation hoping it would be handled while we out of the room. Sadly when we came back it seemed that no one got the memo and it required a late night fix which soured  the mood of the stay.

Pros:
Location: A 10 minute walk in every direction takes you to a major site. Good for your first time in the city

Con:
Bathroom: aside from the aforementioned toilet, the bathroom is integrated with the bedroom and only separated by a curtain.

Breakfast :  lackluster. More likened to a motel breakfast with just yogurt, breads, cereal and coffee. Far from what you would expect given the price and location.

The room: while it was clean it was a little dark without much of a view. Felt more like the room in the movie Oldboy versus a hotel room.

Wanted to leave a review just to also say that despite the disappointing state of the stay, the supervisor Jay displayed professionalism and actively tried to make things right which prevented me from giving a lower rating.
