Excellent authentic Chinese food with amazing price to value! The spicy dumplings were the best I ever had! The beef noodles and the Tso’s chicken were also wonderful. Food comes out quickly and although there was a waiting time it was absolutely worth it! Would come back again for sure.

incredible experience only had to wait about 15 minutes to get seated. at shangai there is no specific waiter so we had to call one to our table. the food came out within 10 minutes so fresh and hot. all the food was so so amazing especially all the dumplings scallion pancakes!!! so much food for such an amazing price definitely recommend it here!

We had a fantastic experience at Shanghai 21! The food was absolutely devine, and the portions were very generous. I particularly recommend the pork soup dumplings and the scallion pancakes. The service was great, too. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table, but it was definitely worth it. Food is fairly priced. I highly recommend this restaurant

The food was absolutely delicious! Everything we had was very tasty and no one complained about their food choices. Our dishes came out as they were cooked. The soup dumplings were amazing. I also got the shrimp with a delicious fruit sauce. Everyone was very happy with their meal. It was busy and a lot of people were waiting, but we were able to get in pretty quickly.

The food is very savory, very fast to come to the table! Good service and the restrooms were really clean. It was my first time trying the scallion pancakes and I just loved them! Everything was very tasty. I’ll go back for the best dumplings of the city!
