We loved this visit to the Statue of Liberty! 377 steps from entry at base to the crown. Amazing views, incredible construction, heart-warming stories of the history and journey of Lady Liberty,from France to Bedloe Island in NY Harbor. Everyone along the way was helpful and friendly.

Great experience, but wait time for ferry going and coming was very long. Well over 30 minutes! Worth it but had limited time on the island because of our schedule we needed to stick to.

You can't see it very clearly from that vantage point, so binoculars or a powerful zoom lens would help! But if you don't have the time to take the ferry to see the statue in person, this is better than nothing! You can also save money by taking the free Staten Island ferry and it apparently takes you right past the statue!!

One of my favorite places to visit. Beautiful Statue, history, well kept grounds, museum with exhibits and videos for education. Best to keep an eye on the weather avoid bad weather due to mostly everything is outdoor. Including the ferry ride, wonderful picture opportunities.
