Disclaimer - this is not a luxury hotel.  They are missing a lot of perks like room service, minibar, etc.  Also no scale to weigh luggage.  They have a store in the hotel but it is poorly stocked unfortunately and it's a bit of a walk to get to a target or CVS.  However, the view we had was amazing on the 44th floor (ball drop view) and the room was clean and beds comfortable.  Service at check-in was chaotic, but the bellhop service was top notch.  Just set your expectations that this is a no frills hotel with great rooms and great views and you'll enjoy your stay.  The location is great for tourists.

As a life long New Yorker from the Hudson Valley - I had never actually stayed over in NYC.  At 45 this was my first sleepover, ha! and it could not have been better.  From the location of the hotel, to the super friendly and accommodating staff.  The beds were super comfy!  Although, the rooms are a little small - as space is limited in NYC, they it did not seem squished.  The layout was perfect, Oh, and that shower! and the mirror even had bluetooth so you could jam out in the shower and when you are getting ready for your night on the town!
The staff that greets you when you walk in off the street is super friendly and helpful.  And from there the welcoming committee only got better!
I had asked for a few more bath towels as there were 4 girls staying and 3 towels would not cut it.  They arrived in minutes!
Since we were only staying one night - we left our luggage while we ventured out - again, so accommodating!
If I had to complain about something - the only thing would be that the windows could use some washing! ha!!!!
We stayed on the 23rd floor - the view was good, not great... but I was also frugal and did not spend the extra money to get a better view.

What can I say about our stay at Hilton Tempo times square - other than wow!!

We stayed 3322 (still here too) - twin queen room with city view.... and what a great view it has. You can see all the billboards and street entertainment going off on the Broadway from the window.

Hotel is smack bang in the centre of times square, subway Station immediately outside. Central park 10 min walk up Broadway. Great food spots and stores all around. Such a fantastic base for exploring the city.

The room its self is faultless, very modern with electric blinds, ambient lighting, posh coffee machine, huge TV. Wireless charges scattered about everywhere.

The bathroom - wow - also super modern too. I'll be taking inspiration from this for my next bathroom refit. It has a Bluetooth mirrors, huge walk in shower and outlets for hairdryer. (Which is provided a long with a clothes steamer)

The hotel is very well kept, staff are great, always polite and happy to help. Lifts are super fast and make light work of the 33 floors to get to our room. The quick change in altitude pops your ears. =)

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again.

From the moment I walked into the Temple by Hilton, I was greeted by the warmest, most genuine welcome—Kessi at the front desk. She made me feel like they’d been waiting just for me to arrive. Her energy was so kind, so friendly, and so comforting, it instantly set the tone for my entire stay.

Kessi went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Whether it was helping with special requests or simply making sure I had everything I needed, she handled it all with such care and professionalism. She didn’t just do her job—she made me feel seen, valued, and truly at home.

Honestly, the best part of my whole experience wasn’t just the hotel itself, it was Kessi. She was my favorite part. Her warmth made all the difference, and I’m genuinely grateful for her hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service from the floor staff (elevator) and reception was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. However, the only downside was the restaurant. Very overpriced and the staff were miserable, with low level of customer service.

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and VERY comfortable beds, with all the amenities we could ask for. I highly recommend this hotel.
