Genuinely one of the best costumer services you can get in NYC. Food is always very good and the tables are always super clean and today. The service is consistently excellent. Inductions stoves are super modern too

ordered many of their sets! great time w a large group of friends. we made a reservation ahead of time and recommend doing so as the place can get busy! definitely recommend their creamy broth and wagyu set. their diy bar is great too — filled with so many options from sauces and desserts, treats, etc.

Sichuan and silver broth is a must here. If you want more, it’s easy to order later from the tablet at your table.

A standout feature is the dressing bar, where you can mix sauces and toppings to customize your meal. The highlight for me was the dessert at the end, especially the affogato – a must-try! (Complimentry Dessert item changes everyday is okayish) This spot is perfect for first-timers and offers a laid-back introduction to hotpot dining. Highly recommend for starters!
