Really excellent place to come!
Notable mentions:

I was recently here for dinner and my experience was pretty good. Our server was very friendly and most of the food was delicious. The crab deviled eggs were a delicious appetizer. For my entree I ordered the burger, which was not great. I did try some of the fried chicken and biscuits, and they were delicious. Overall my experience was positive and I would return, but I would not get the burger again.

It’s a nice casual place, good drinks and setting. Tuna carpaccio had too much fish sauce added. Calamari was a nice Asian inspired idea but really needed a sauce, somewhat dry. The burger which is a signature dish felt like it had been sitting around, not freshly melted cheese or special sauce, bun was too thick and dry. Fries were great. Overall just lacking focus on taste and well balanced flavors.

Vi åkte på min frus födelsedag i oktober 4 för att fira med ett par vänner. Efter att ha informerat servitrisen om att min fru hade allergier mot nötter och frön, gav han henne en hamburgare med frön på brödet, räkorna cocktail var inte färska. Mycket dålig Service och inte så bra mat. Fin inredning. Rekommenderas inte.

Helt perfekt! Vi gick på middag här innan vi gick till en show i komedikällaren senare på kvällen. Jag måste säga att middagen och drinkarna var på punkt. Vi köpte deras hus speciella stekt kyckling tallrik. Vi två delade på tallriken men hade också en sallad innan. Måltiden var helt underbar att inkludera service och mat. Jag kommer att säga att skinnet på den stekta kycklingen var helt utsökt.

Holländarna är nästan en institution, åtminstone deras stekta kyckling är en. Generös portion krispig till perfektion, serveras med väl kryddad coleslaw. Jag gillar verkligen atmosfären och låt oss inte vara blyga servicen är vänlig och utmärkt.

Hittade det när jag letade efter en annan restaurang, som lyckligtvis var stängd. Stora smörgåsar, den bästa skon - stränga pommes frites EVER! Riktigt god äppelpaj med kanelglass. Super vänlig service. Ett mycket lyckligt fynd!

Alla var super vänliga och hjälpsamma. Behövde aldrig vänta på att vatten skulle fyllas på. Jag ville äta någon annanstans men min man ville prova The Dutch och nu längtar jag tillbaka! Jag är sugen på den kinesiska calamari rätten varje dag sedan vi åkte. Den har så många lager av smak. Jag vill ha det som min huvud när jag går tillbaka! Andra njöt av sina rätter också. Atmosfären är mysig men levande!

Vi kom med en liten grupp vänner på en söndagsmorgon. Tjänsten var oklanderlig och maten var utsökt. Skulle definitivt stanna här igen.

Vi har vänner i stan för semestern och jag har alltid velat prova holländarna - så bokade ett bord för brunch och hälsades snyggt och fick ett hörntabell så starten var fantastisk och damerna vid dörren, väldigt glada! Vi var i en stor anda och upphetsade bara för att brutalt ta bort vår spänning ganska mycket - En mycket ledig server hälsade oss utan entusiasm och också, senare att hitta, egentligen ingen kunskap om mat och dryck OCH med säkerhet, ingen kunskap om Service vad - så - någonsin! Vi hade beställt drycker som vi betalade för och lämnade - Min vän betalade till och med tips till killen utan anledning! Jag blir tråkig att se bristen på service och de lediga tjänster som människor kan ha på tjänst och ännu värre att ledningen inte utbildar personal där bättre! ! ! Jag skulle verkligen inte kunna rekommendera denna anläggning till någon och kommer säkert inte att gå tillbaka! Ledsen för den negativa recensionen här men kom ihåg att NYC är fylld med underbara platser att ha en bra tid & mat med vänner - Vi hamnade på det härliga Mercer Kitchen som var helt motsatt när det gäller Service - Mat var fantastisk på Mercer och alltid har varit!

Det är litet och högt. Bra ställe att ta en drink men du kommer att fastna ihop. Utmärkt val av ostron. Bartendrar behöver lite arbete. Fel som att hälla gin för vodka typ av misstag. Holländarnas enda nackdel är att det vanligtvis är packat och högt. Med det sagt är det en fantastisk restaurang. Vi hade en grupp av 7 för en vänner födelsedag middag. Maten är alltid bra. Jalape o majsbröd som de tar fram är en fin touch. Jag hade en utmärkt lax. För tyngre biljetter är den stekt kycklingen enorm och mycket bra. Speciellt de honungbelagda kexarna som medföljer.

Min man och jag utforskade detta grannskap torsdag kväll när det började hälla. Vi hade ingen sann destination i åtanke men hörde livliga röster som kommer från de öppna fönstren på denna plats och ducked in för att kolla in det. Värdinnan gav oss en kort "lakan av landet" när det gäller väntan på ett bord eller vi kunde först komma förstjänsten på baksidan. Restaurangen var upptagen men inte riktigt packad - som kom ungefär 1/2 en timme senare när platsen fyllde med människor som letar efter en underbar cocktail innan du går hem. Baren personal var snabba att notera när du letade efter en beställning även om du inte hade gjort det till den faktiska baren på grund av alla de som redan sitter. Vi beställde våra drycker, gjorde en avföring och sedan mätt upp publiken. Det var en intressant mix av kostymer, jeans och alla åldrar som åtnjuter specialkocktails och ostron. Vi hamnade med två platser, flera ostron och andra lätta biter medan du njöt av några fler cocktails. Personalen var vänliga och personliga samtidigt vara helt professionell och hålla alla kunder nöjda, inte lätt i en bar! Det var en stor, lätt kväll med konversation och god mat. Definitivt håller denna plats på radarn för vårt nästa besök i NYC.
