Although we didn’t have a reservation, the staff quickly seated us despite the crowd. Our server was friendly, professional, and attentive, enhancing the dining experience. The standout dish was the Buffalo Chicken Dumplings. The salmon was well-cooked, and the steak was tender. Overall, it was a good meal with excellent service.

The Odeon - Nice French bistro, lovely place near our hotel and on the way to One World. Lovely lunch menu, but it all looked good. Food served hot and timely manner. We didn’t have reservations but was seated even though they were full.

I LOVE The Odeon, been coming here for decades and it's a reliable as top end French Bistro can be.. The roast chicken is fantastic, so is the duck breast. I know this is really hard to believe but the frisee salad is phenomenal.
Besides that the atmosphere is fun and the bar is great. The only thing is that it gets packed all the time so make a reservation.

Overall loved this place. Loud, busy restaurant with great service and good food. Everything we ordered was very good: tartare, quiche, salad and omelet, but cinnamon donuts were our favorite!!! I would order all of it again but the 5 is because of the overall vibe of the restaurant. I can’t explain why exactly but it was just a great place to have brunch. Our server, I think her name was Macey but could be wrong, was great, attentive, friendly, funny and helpful.  Overall highly recommend and I want to return to try the grilled cheese.

Classy spot and the food was top class. We started with calamari which were excellent. We then had the Yellow Fin Tuna burger/sandwich! and the Lobster Roll. Both were delicious!  The service was also spot on. No rushing between courses which allowed us to enjoy the atmosphere and savour the food. We sat inside as it was very hot. They do have a small outside seating area but we were glad to be inside as you got the full impact of the restaurant! If you are looking for a taste of New York in classy comfort then definitely try The Odeon!👍

Mycket trångt restaurang, med bord nära varandra. Servicen var bra, men maten var ganska dyrt med $ 30 hamburgare.

Kom hit av en slump och blev positivt överraskad Restaurangen har en mycket elegant känsla till det. Inom 30 minuter efter öppnandet fylldes den upp ganska snabbt. Nu till det roliga: Mat! ! ! Den 8 uns lagrade NY Strip med pommes frites med vitlökssmör var fantastisk! Jag är ett stort fan av Franska löksoppa och jag har blivit lite av en snobb om det. Den är normalt för salt, ostig eller smakar som om den kom ut ur frysen. I det här fallet var det fantastiskt! Fick aldrig chansen att prova drinkarna men baren såg episk ut.

Otroligt rum. Första gången jag åkte dit för 35 år sen! Tillbaka igår. Fortfarande livlig och vacker vid 23:00. 

Mat bra, service trevlig och vi kom in utan reservation vid 22:00. 

Kanske mitt minne men var maten lite godare för flera år sedan? Kanske är det minnet. 

Hur som helst, en ikonisk plats. Hurra för historien.

Min fru och jag åt lunch här - hon hade en omelett som var mycket mättande och jag hade en mycket god nicoisesallad. Vi delade deras högt rankade glasssmörgås som var god. Höjdpunkten var servicen. Dimitri var enastående liksom Glori . Stora personligheter, trevlig och professionell.

Kom på en tidig middag efter att ha sett Six på Broadway. Har varit här många gånger, men inte lika mycket som min fru. 

Beställde ostron till mig själv, min fru beställde pärla Caesar och delade med min dotter. Min dotter hade Mac ingen ost och min fru och jag hade varsin ostburgare, det var den typen av dag för att ha tröstmat. Till efterrätt delade vi deras profiteroler, mumsgodis. 

Alert service och bra mat, kommer att vara tillbaka någon gång i framtiden.

Vi besökte The Odeon på vår sista kväll i NYC, för deras hummerrulle! Låt mig säga att det inte gjorde någon besviken! Det låg stora bitar av hummer i en kuddlik mjuk bulle med citronmajonnäs. Det var fantastiskt! Vi hade också några drinkar och en dessert vardera. För kvaliteten på maten och servicen priset måltiden kostade var exceptionell valuta för pengarna!

Bra mat. Sitta är mycket trångt. Trevlig atmosfär. Entrees är utmärkt. Desset är lite av en besvikelse. Bra alkoholval

En av våra favoritplatser i NY! Det gör ingen besviken. Härlig Thanksgiving middag och bra människor tittar. Servicen är exceptionell, tack Brynn!

Jag vet att Odeon betraktas som en förstklassig restaurang. Men vår erfarenhet var bedrövlig. 

Vår son och hans partner (nu make) skulle äta lunch där förra veckan direkt efter deras domstolsbröllop. (Inför en verklig och deltagande bröllopsceremoni under de kommande månaderna. ) Även om de två inte ville att detta skulle vara en produktion och bad mamma och pappa, och andra familj, vänta på det riktiga bröllopet / festen att komma, ville vi helt klart göra något för att uppmärksamma den stora händelsen. 

Därför ringde jag Odeon kvällen innan för att ordna så att något från oss levererades till deras bord. Jag hänvisades till en chef som verkade artig, flitig och som om han visste vad han gjorde. Vi kom överens om att en flaska Prosecco, deras favoritdryck, skulle levereras till bordet strax efter ankomsten. 

På telefon plockade vi just den flaskan; jag dikterade en kort lapp för att följa flaskan som chefen läste upp för mig; och vi satte den på vårt kreditkort tillsammans med skatt och generös tacksamhet. 

Chefen försäkrade mig om att allt var klart och att han innan han åkte hem skulle se till att anteckningarna lämnades till rätt person och bifogas bokningen. 

Ändå, nästa dag, ingenting. Ingenting levererades - ingen anteckning, ingen flaska, ingen hälsning från oss, nada. 

När vi ringde restaurangen för att höra vad som hade hänt, var de mycket ursäktande. Även utan att erbjuda en bra anledning, eller egentligen någon anledning, för skruven - upp. 

Jag förstår att misstag händer. Men detta var en ganska betydande en för vår familj på en mycket speciell dag. Vi gjorde allt rätt och försäkrades om att allt var inställt. Bara för att bollen sedan ska tappas eller förloras. 

En first rate operation misslyckas inte på detta sätt. Samla er, gott folk.

Det finns många platser som verkligen trampar på sitt rykte, säkert är detta en av dem. En sida bacon för $ 10 och ganska dålig fransk löksoppa för $ 18 . Jag förstår verkligen att matkostnaderna har stigit med inflationen, men det finns så många ställen som inte bara förlitar sig på sin historia och måste hänga med i tiden och uppdaterade standarder. Jag skulle verkligen rekommendera någon annanstans för brunch.

En underbar middagsupplevelse på denna ikon av en restaurang i Tribeca-området i New York. Även om platsen var full av kunder maten (i allmänhet på den franska sidan) var utmärkt som var servicen. Mitt kalla majspulver (med räkor) var enastående, moules fritesen var utmärkta och Macen och osten var god. Priserna var på den höga sidan men du får vad du betalar för, som ordspråket gör. Rekommenderas starkt.

Odeon har gjort sin grej i många år. Vi är - besökte efter en frånvaro av ett par decennier. Det gläder mig att kunna meddela att de fortfarande gör sin grej med konsekvens. 

På en fredag kväll stället var packat & humming med bra energi. Vårt bord var klart. Vi gjorde oss hemmastadda. Våra val för natten var friseesallad, moules frites & rostad halvkyckling. Alla var uttalade utmärkt i sin beredning, presentation och smak. Köket vet hur man levererar. 

Under hela natten var vi betjänade av den mycket informerade och trevliga Sabrina. Hennes tjänst var på punkt. 

Detta är ett pålitligt brasserie som kommer att skicka dig hem nöjd.

Jag har varit på The Odeon ett par gånger, som båda var fantastiska. Maten är konsekvent, personalen är vänlig och atmosfären är fantastisk! The Odeon har gjort ett anmärkningsvärt jobb med att behålla den gamla matsalsdesignen samtidigt som de har en modern fransk känsla. 

Jag rekommenderar och kommer att vara tillbaka här i framtiden.
