Went to visit because I am a fan of Dash & Lily. The place wasn’t crowded at all (only 2-3 groups) and several take away. Pizza was good and they have several soda options. They even have the movie corner! Staff was really nice. Will come back if I return to NY.

Very rarely do you have vegan options that don't feel like a step down from everything else. Those 9pm slices also still popped off, testing fresh out of the oven instead of stale and disappointing. Good ingredients, and great artisanal flavors that give such variety. Would def go again

Completely turned off, by a pizza shop I have been to many times. Especially since I’ve grown up in LES. I went in for a cheese slice, I asked how much and stated I would be paying in CASH so that I would not be charged tax, because that is the STATE LAW, if you are paying in cash tax is not charged, you can give the flat price. When I explained this to her that I’m not paying with card so why is she charging me tax, she began to say that’s what the owner makes them do. I just payed and stayed silent because at this point I was beginning to get frustrated. So not only was I over charged from the original price of a cheese slice, I get my slice and she literally burned the entire crust/breading of the pizza it was brick hard from being burnt, but I take a bite of the slice and it’s literally dripping of oil like as if it had an entire bottle on it which is absolutely disgusting. All in all, I was over charged, given a burnt / oily disgusting slice. I will never return to this establishment. An absolute rip off. I will attach images so you can see how oily this slice is.

Customer Service: The young lady was great. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, smiled, and took my order immediately.

Pizza: I ordered the Grandma. Although it was heated up, it definitely wasn't fresh.
