My daughter was stopped as she was exciting the store and asked to show the inside of her bag as if she stole something. I guess you can't go to this store and not buy anything being a black and brown person. Sadly, the person who stopped her was a person of color. I will NEVER shop here nor will my friends and family. WE ARE NOT ALL THIEVES!! DO BETTER!! AND STOP RACIALLY PROFILING. SHE HAD NOTHING FROM YOUR STORE IN HER BAG OR ON HER PERSON. BETTER BE GLAD I WASN'T THERE!!!!

Fairly close to TISCH School of the Arts and the NYU Bookstore.  This is a very condensed area and hard to find a great store that is fast, friendly and helpful.  The prices are higher here, but that matches the location within Greenwich Village.  They are open late which helps when you need something quick to eat or drink.
