Very Disappointing experience. I ordered the "Healthy Request Omelette Platter" directly off the West 109 Gourmet Deli menu. The menu item specifically states that the platter contains egg whites, turkey, tomatoes, and toast. Unfortunately when the food was delivered the plate only consisted of egg whites, and home fries! Where is the turkey and tomatoes??? Please see picture attached.

The eggs taste terrible and I feel like I threw out my money. I can't eat this and I will still be hungry after discarding the food. In the future I will stick to ordering from the food cart on Columbus avenue and 97th Street. They will prepare the order properly and their food costs less! The people working in the deli seem nice to speak with but what good is it, if the food is unacceptable?

Really nice deli. They have a really great assortment of chips - particularly potato chips. Also cold bar, pastries, coffees here too.

Spicy gourmet deli is great, cannot lie about that. But everytime I make a delivery, they don’t usually have the stuff I want, but they think it’s ok to put something else in the bag, instead of what i ordered. I tell them to take it back many times. But overall, 7.5/10

Staff was super friendly!!!

Everyone was polite and helpful!!

Store is suppppperrrr organized, clean, etc. I actually smiled underneath my mask lol of how happy I was when I saw how clean it was. I was fed shocked not a lot of deli/ bodegas are this organized! I love it! Thank you to whomever is in charge of the store’s neatness and cleanliness.
