They sucked again.  Never read delivery instructions - did not get mustard again!  Did not ask for soy sauce!  Hot & Sour Soup is one of my gauges for a good chinese restaurant.  Theirs is usually excellent but today NOT AT ALL.  Thin consistencey; not sour or spicyat all.  Where were the traditional ingredients (wood mushrooms, galangal, egg, pork etc?? Tasted like they put ketchup in it (YUK).  Temperature was lukewarm.  Egg foo young is another gadget for a good restaurant - yuk!  I am thoroughly disappointed!! They do not care about customer service.  No chopsticks & no napkins again.

They charged me 29.47$ for my pick-up order of a General Tso Lunch Special (10.95$) and Pepper Steak w/ Onions (9.25$).  The numbers don’t add up and their receipts aren’t itemized either.  I know times are tough but the attached pic even with the free can of coke and egg roll was still highway robbery.

Picked up shrimp lo mein, crab sticks and wonton soup. The shrimp lo mein was good and I liked that it wasn’t saturated with oil. It also brought a decent amount of shrimp. My husband didn’t like the crab sticks; he found them mushy inside and over fried. And the wonton soup was okay, they did give a lot of wontons. I found the prices very reasonable for the area.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and never tried this place because of the questionable reviews. It’s good, average Chinese takeout.

-Mushu Pork: great. Double pancakes for $1
-Steamed bok choi (not on menu?, sauce on side): great
-Veggie Lo Mein: good/average
-Sesame chicken: great
-Hot and Sour soup: bad. Had almost no flavor.

The food at this place is decent, but the service is absolutely appalling. Both servers were mean, rude, cold, and arrogant. When I kindly asked them for details about the menu items, they not only failed to provide any helpful information but also dismissed me with irrelevant and unhelpful answers.

To make matters worse, when I thought my order was ready and approached to pick it up, they gave me a cold stare, set the food aside without a word, and even rolled their eyes at me.

I gave this place three chances, hoping things might improve, but I’ve had enough. These two servers made dining here feel like willingly subjecting myself to insults. I genuinely don’t know if the owner hired them to drive customers away, but if that’s the case, they’re doing a stellar job.

There are plenty of great restaurants in the area with both delicious food and friendly service. As for this place, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they address the staff’s behavior.

Detta lilla hål i väggen restaurangen ligger på kanten av Columbia campus och har en mycket bred kundbas, från Columbia studenter till administrationen till invånarna från bostadsprojekt och condos som leder området. Så du ser alla äta här.

De två gånger jag har ätit här, maten är underbar. De ger dig storlekar som du knappt kan klara av. Jag hade en kyckling med strängböna kombinationsplatta med stekt ris och en äggrulle som var utsökt. Kycklingen och broccoli kunde inte ha varit fräschare med massor av välkokta strängbönor i en vitlöksås. Det hade en smakfull smak och det var riktigt varmt när det serverades. Stekt ris var bra men ganska standard och äggrullen var riktigt bra. Det hade massor av fläsk i det.
