Professional and trustworthy results, smooth experience from initial contact all the way through receiving the repaired console. Had a PS2 slim laser go out on me and I dropped it off at their Wall St location - was repaired and shipped back within a week. Later on I shipped in a PS3 that was shorting and not powering on, also fixed within a couple weeks. Both times I received my item back expertly packed and XCubicle was communicative throughout the process. They’re not the cheapest, but you certainly get what you pay for in terms of service, professionalism, and quality results. Highly recommend - you can trust them with your electronics repair.

I called them to ask about controller repair. First, they didn’t answer so I left a text message. Two days later, they responded. Any texts I replied to would take more than four hours to get a response. In the end when I was finally given the prices, the cost they gave for repairing a (simple and intact) USBC port was over $20 more than it would cost to buy a new one. The repairs also take a week, and for a 24 hour rush you have to pay $60 extra. This company sucks

This place saved my play station 3! They did an awesome job fixing it up in a pretty fast turnaround time too. It works perfectly as if it’s brand new. I’ll definitely bring any other consoles/Recommend coming here if your gaming system needs to be serviced.
