Vi hade en fantastisk tid på denna stora restaurang där de verkligen får dig att känna dig som om du är familj. 

Från det ögonblick vi stannade upp vid betjänten och vi möttes med ett team av fyra betjänta skötare som öppnade varje dörr för oss, att gå in och prata med värdinnan, som snabbt satte oss vid vårt bord, och sedan inte en, men två personer i restaurangledningen / ägande kommer över för att hälsa på oss och presentera sig, hade vi en fantastisk tid. 

Förrätten var helt fantastisk, vi beställde fyra förrätter att dela runt bordet, de bakade musslorna var helt fenomenala och smakade superfräscht och hade bra kryddning. 

Till middag beställde tre av fyra tre olika kalvköttsrätter. Jag har ingen aning om var de får det här kalvköttet ifrån, men det var helt fantastiskt. Extremt fräsch, extremt välkryddad och mör. 

Den fjärde huvudrätten var filet mignon, som delade samma fantastiska egenskaper hos kalvköttet, man kunde skära köttet med en smörkniv. 

Till efterrätt är min personliga rekommendation chokladmoussetårtan, ett bra sätt att kombinera två favoritchokladdelikatesser. 

Glöm inte om det är någons födelsedag eller årsdag att låta dem veta eftersom de kommer att tända ett ljus och sjunga för dig. 

Som en bonus när de ger dig notan tar de också med en container som har siffrorna 1 till 90 i sig och du väljer ett nummer och sedan skakar de containern och om du har tur nummer kommer upp, middagen är på huset. 

Du kommer inte att bli besviken från den personliga servicen, till det stora menyvalet, till det fenomenala urvalet av nötkött. Vi kommer att vara säker på att komma tillbaka nästa gång vi är i området.

Middag med familj och vänner var som söndagsmiddag i mammas hus. Personalen var vänlig och mycket kunnig på menyalternativ och specialerbjudanden. Linguine med muslingsås var bordets favorit den kvällen. Min fru och jag beställde den broiled filet oreganata och vi åtnjuter båda den väl kryddade fisken.
 Har inte varit i Gargiulo's sedan vi flyttade från Coney Island 1986 och jag kommer att besöka regelbundet nu.

Utmärkt läge och lätt att komma till i slutet av Q & F-tågen. Atmosfären och inredningen är pittoreska och bekväma. Personalen var riklig för tiden på dagen, vänlig, uppmärksam och kunnig. Mat var bättre på 60 s / 70 s när jag senast åt där. Men maten är fortfarande mycket bra, och tjänsten är 1 gata. Trevligt ställe att njuta av i Coney Island.

Min fru och jag gick till Gargiulo för att fira Alla hjärtans dag det här förra lördagskvällen. Jag hade inte varit där, det var 35 år men jag kom ihåg hur bra det var då. Det är lika bra om inte bättre. Vi delade en räkor cocktail och bakade musslor för en aptitretare. Hon hade lammkoteletter med en sidopost av penne medan jag hade kalvskoteletten med en sidopost av penne. Det var helt underbart. Tjänsten var stor. För alla som vill ha stor italiensk mat är detta ett måste gå till restaurang.

Vi är här från NC för att gå till en begravning. Vi hoppade på möjligheten att gå till Gargiulos! Inte besviken. Älskade Joe servitören, ägaren Nino Russo och Mike Gargiulo som föddes på övervåningen för 90 år sedan! Maten var fantastisk. Var det för en gymnasiet, vilken bättre plats att gå. Denna plats är Brooklyn. Maten var som alltid utmärkt, oavsett vad du hade det var fräsch och kokta precis rätt. Tjänsten var exceptionell. Oavsett om en liten grupp, eller stor grupp, när i Brooklyn kan du inte gå fel på gargiulos

Vi båda beställde det men kunde inte ta mer än en bit eller två. Det smakade inte rätt.
Vi klaga inte eller returnera det, men kommer inte att vara rushibg tillbaka när som helst snart.
De är trevliga människor (servitören Joe, kom ihåg oss och kom över för att säga Hej). Vi kommer att ge dem en annan chans någon dag.

Fantastisk lokal plats som serverar italienska specialiteter. De har varit här i nästan 100 år med en trogen kundkrets. Utmärkt fisk sallad förrätt och pasta och kalvkött rätter är den mest populära. Alltid professionell service. Rimliga priser.
