Vi valde nästan smakprovning menyn men så glad att vi inte gjorde det. "Fondue" såg mer ut som ett mittstycke från ätbara arrangemang. Som sagt, vi gick med tonfisk poke, washu tartare, mac och ost, och rib eye biff.

Kötträtterna var helt på punkt. Mac och ost var bra men lite för rinnande för min smak. Om jag kommer tillbaka, kommer det definitivt att vara bara för köttet.

Du ring en ringklocka och vänta på någon att öppna den dörren och hälsar dig välkommen. Du är låt i av en vänlig, varma personal. Och sedan satte oss på ditt bord. Du känner dig mycket speciell och hög samhället här. Maten är fantastiskt. Som har ekologiskt kött, gillar kyckling, som min vän beställde och sa att det var gillar magi och undrade varför hennes hemlagad kyckling aldrig smakat så bra och fräscha. Du måste försöka den korta Rib sashimi. Min vän beställde detta och jag hade en bit. Jag aldrig haft det tidigare och det var utanför denna värld. Kryddning var saftiga och fantastiskt god. Jag hade hummer risotto och det var riktigt bra. Det fanns halstrade kort revbensspjäll, utsökt. Även den jag däremot knappas blomkål var otrolig. Vi hoppas att komma tillbaka någon dag. En sådan fantastisk upplevelse.
