Överprissatt och underväldigande. Beställde kycklingen ‘under en tegelsten’ som kommer med groddar, ‘tegelstenen’ är att representera det faktum att kycklingen är tillplattad, men du skulle förlåtas för att missta groddarna för tegelstenar eftersom de var så färdiga att de var oätliga. Sangria kannan var passable men på $ 70 exklusive skatt och dricks det var igen, för dyrt och underväldigande. 

Betalade en hel del för att lämna hälften av en redan liten måltid, gungas på pråmen och serenad av de oupphörliga helikoptrar som kommer och går bredvid.

Härlig plats med så stor potential.
De flesta som bara dricker vid 8 pm borde ha varit varningsskylt.
I efterhand var det bra nyheter att alla skaldjur specialiteter inte var tillgängliga (även om detta verkligen besviken oss först). Som de hade förmodligen varit av standarden på hummer rulle och calamari vi beställde - tydligt medioker! Fryst smaklös loster i rullen kom med kall frites. Bläckfisk var så tunn skivad och overcooked det kunde ha varit lökringar!

Vi åkte hit med vänner från jobbet på affärsresa till NYC. Vi fick ett bord på översta däck och ett par hinkar av öl och tittade på komingarna och går över Hudson. Så många helikoptrar!

Gilla överallt i New York var det lite dyrt men det var en utmärkt plats för att tugga det feta och avkopplande efter en dags arbete.

Denna plats ger en rolig avslappnad äta och drickupplevelse ombord på en ombyggd Erie Lackawanna järnvägspram på Hudson River. Det ger panoramautsikt över NJ och Manhattans skyline.
Mat beställs vid disken och plockas i köket. Det är i grunden en bar och grill meny med tonvikt på skaldjur.

Jag är förvånad över hur äckligt en kvalitet för det pris du betalar att vara på en anläggning som denna. Först kommer cocktailerna ut i plastkoppar som om du är på en college frat party. De var så vattna, du kunde inte ens skilja på smak eller smak alkohol. För det andra fick deras rostade vitlökskivor vitlök min partner och jag var sjuk. Morötterna var så torra och skrumpade, det var tydligt klart att de inte var färska. Selleriet var inte ens ätbart för hur illa det hade blivit. Hummusen serverades bokstavligen i en PLASTIC CUP. . . . Samma CUP Jag nippade med en "cocktail" ur. Otrolig. Kommer aldrig tillbaka, som en New Yorker, och skulle aldrig rekommendera någon att gå heller. Gå inte.

Vi gick till lunch och hittade Frying Pan mycket intressant. Det är en pråm bredvid en eldbåt. Det kan vara väldigt annorlunda på natten. Råbåten ombord kallades Skillet. Vi hade hamburgare och var nöjda med de och pommes frites. Det finns en bar ombord. Det var ett bra ställe att besöka och ta en paus från High Line gångväg. Det finns ingen bordservice, så du måste beställa i köket.

Jag kom hit efter jobb en dag för drycker med min pojkvän över sommaren. Den bästa delen om denna bar är utsikten och upplevelsen av att vara på en båt. Som sagt dryckerna var bra men inget för speciellt för happy hour, samma med maten. Det blir riktigt upptagen och vi kämpade för att hitta ett bord.

Frying Pan är ett fantastiskt läge på Pier 66 (26: e gatan) Hudson sida. Det är super trångt på kvällar, speciellt helgtid. Det är kul, du sitter, äter / dricker och slappar av och du kan njuta av utsikten över Manhattan och Hudson River.

Jag hade aldrig varit i detta område innan och atmosfären på detta gamla dockade skepp var så kul. Fantastisk utsikt över havet. Blandade cocktails runt $ 13 eller $ 14. Du kan få goda snacks och titta på hänga med vänner. Definitivt en plats att kolla.

Kom på en vacker eftermiddag i juni. Det var en lång kö för att få på pieren men det har skötts bra och vi väntade ca 20 minuter.
En gång på pier jag hade en öl i handen på 10 minuter och satt på bow of stekpannan på 15 minuter.
Den värd, värdinna och servitrisen var vg och uppmärksam. Vi var en grupp på 6 och fick en alternativ om skuggiga sittplatser på bow eller solig sittplatser med ett bättre utsikt.
Den tiden på sin personal attention det gör mig återvända.
Maten var mycket bättre än jag hade förväntat oss! Vi provade en hel del av alternativ. Musslorna var enorma och mycket rent. Inte kommer att vara den bästa du någonsin haft men för en typ av part atmosfär ( massor av collegeungdomarna) det var vg.
VG linje av öl kranar, vg drycker och prisvärda funderar över var du befinner dig på.
Definetley rekommendera detta. Under 21 kommer förmodligen inte få på piren.

Mina vänner och jag tillbringade det soliga lördag eftermiddag här. Jag har inte varit här på åratal och den här helgen var påminde hur mycket jag älskar verkligen detta ställe. Det är häftigt och priserna är rimliga och avslappnad. Det här är exakt den plats när du vill ha på en sommardag. Hinkar med Corona ( 6 ) för $37 och ett bord tillsammans med vatten, en avslappnad icke - trångt atmosfär med massor av utrymme för att utforska. Maten har mycket bättre här som fortfarande standard pub. Den bläckfisk kokades en bit till fräscha, men pommes frites var suverän och tonfisk osthamburgare var välsmakande också. Vatten finns tillgängligt här också.

Tips: Prova att anlända före den 1 : 30:00 eller innan på Helgerna att prova och enda haken seat & bord. Efter att, du kan förvänta dig vänta i linje att få i (och det gör inte saken om du vänner har en tabell, säkerhet inte bryr sig) . Solskyddsmedel är en bra idé också. Ha kul!
