Tribeca kan skryta med så många bra matgäster men det är utan tvekan rätt där uppe med det bästa. Nyligen renoverad behåller den sin ursprungliga karaktär men med en modernare sned. Vi snubblat över den här lilla puben av en slump och pojke är vi glad att vi gjorde det. Vi hade hangry tonåringar förbi deras lunch och anklagade för vad vi förväntade oss att vara unremarkable pub grub. Förväntningarna var långt översteg! Lunch specials menyn är en hel del. Pub grub är perfekt exekverad, och sallader och smörgåsar var stora, färska och på - punkt. Sidorna varierade från klassiker till hälsosamma och kreativa alternativ med stora smaker. Verkar också som en chill sportsbar med massor av bra ölmarkeringar om du är i grannskapet med över 21 år.

Min fru och jag hade varit på Ground Zero, men vi ville titta på Masters Golf Championship under lunchen. Vi råkade bara se denna plats, och det var fantastiskt! Vi satt i baren precis framför vår egen personliga storbilds-TV. Bartendern var från Irland - en super trevlig kille. Maten var utmärkt, och de hade specialerbjudanden på öl. Vi hittade den här platsen på vår första kväll i staden, de underbara dofterna släpade oss in. Vi fick ett krig välkommen och bordet vid det öppna fönstret såg ut på gatan, så vi kunde se världen gå vidare.
Dess en liten intim plats, men mycket vänlig, ölen var massor av hantverk och maten, allt underbart.

Jag hade en halv rack revben och mexikansk majs, som var en cob med kryddig mayo eller något på den. Bättre än jag beskriver, och var strålande.
